They called my tour bookings and spoke with them in Thai for me once they saw me distressing a bit, they let me keep my luggage stored there an extra night even though I wasn’t checked in that day. "Nice quaint hotel. The rooms were smaller than in the pictures. Staff were very helpful in troubleshooting a couple issues we had with our hard bed and air conditioning. Pool was very small- didn't have time to check it out. I also was imagining our patio to be facing something nice- we were facing a green wall- was disappointed. Breakfast was good- not sure why when u order off the menu- the eggs were cold like they were taken out of the fridge. Wasn't sure if this is customary to serve them like that. Other than that- was good- nice variety."
