ホテル自体はすごく綺麗だし、スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。 ただ、立地があまり良くなかったです。空港から近いと思いましたが地図上では近いですがバスを使うと30分かかります。荷物を持って乗り換えしましたが、バスの乗り換えも移動しなければならず大変でした。

El personal no estaba bien informado sobre los detalles del autobús que nos recogería en la mañana para ir al aeropuerto, porque no pasa frente al hotel sino a 50 más de ahí en una esquina porque da servicio a 3 hoteles

Everything is very good, the only thing I can suggest is a little more room on the night stands, love the concept but too small.

They gave me a room for disabled which was awful and stinky. I requested a change and it took 45 minutes to get the new room. By then it was 12:45 am and I was exhausted. People at reception should do a better job from the beginning.

They charge you 10euros an hour if you want to check in earlier. Staff is very rude. Not as close to the airport.
