This room was in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was also spacious and very cute. However, my only complaint would be the minimal natural light coming from two small windows and the shower. The shower is very tiny and has the spout directly above, which makes avoiding getting your hair wet (for girls) super difficult. I actually hit my head really hard on the shower door when I dropped a soap bottle plus the water spills out causing a puddle in the room. If the shower was larger/easier to use then the room would be perfect.

We booked a double size bed room for 3 nights. We like it overall on cleanness, location except the room is very small: no single chair, no night stand, no table, no body location, no hair conditioner, it is hard to use toilet if you don’t open the door, the bathroom is small too and hard to turn around and dry up.

Nice hotel but the bathroom closet won’t fit someone over 6ft tall or with long legs, the door wouldn’t close all the way for my partner because of his height, which is 6’2. It was an inconvenience.

The room was clean and comfortable. We arrived before check in, and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage. They also provided helpful recommendations. The location was very central and walkable. Would highly recommend!

They fail to mention, in the details of the room, that the bathrooms are extremely tinny and poorly enclosed, additionally the room they gave us was total opposite of the one they confirmed by picture in the email.

Heater didn’t work very small room
The check in process took forever. The room was very small there was a post in the room which was in the way. There was hardly any room to put our belongings. Very cramped room. The heater did not work the whole time we were there. They tried to fix it and it worked for a few hours and then went out at night we woke up to a cold room. They gave us space heaters for the second night we stayed at least. They should offer a discount for what we paid all they said is that they’ll look into it we’ll see

The location is good and walkable distance to any places. But it wasn't convenient without breakfast and all area dinning places are not open until 9am, which was not convenient for us. The hotel room is clean, but the facility was old. Staff are very friendly, I gave them an excellent rating on staff services!

My room and the bathroom were very small. You couldn’t close the bathroom door and use the toilet at the same time (and I am a small person). However, I was traveling alone and only stayed one night so it didn’t really matter. The location was great and it was very good value for the money.

Located very centrally, walkable to all the major sights, very close to the metro station too, so very convenient. The room is fairly sparsely furnished, in order to save on space I’m guessing. Disappointed that there was no kettle in the room for hot drinks and the TV remote didn’t work. The room was fairly quiet except every morning I’m woken up when the staff banging about in the corridor, I think the cleaner’s cupboard must be near my room.
