空港からのシャトルになかなか出会えませんでした。同じくシャトルを待っていて、ホテルに電話をしたという人たちが居たので運良く一緒に行けましたが、彼らが居なければ乗れていなかったかもしれません。シャトルに乗れる人数も少ないので、タクシーを利用したく無いなら2時間くらいは余裕を持った方がいいと思います。

よいホテル！
空港からのアクセスが心配でしたが、空港から大型送迎バスが出ていてとても助かりました。部屋も広く、キレイで静かで快適でした。 朝食も生ハムやチュロスなどスペイン料理も楽しめ、とても美味しかったです。 唯一立地が悪いのが難点ですが、総合的に満足です。 また機会があれば、利用したいと思います。

公共交通でのアクセスが非常に不便です。近郊鉄道（Cercanias)とメトロの中間にあり、バスも近くに停まらないため、かなりの距離を歩くORタクシー利用となります。

At the time of check in it took so much time although it was almost midnight.And hotel reception asked me to show voucher through Expedia! In other hotel I just said my name and everything was ok. So check in process to be much more improved. Hotel facilities are generally clean and good.

価格に対してクオリティが高い。周りには何も無いがホテルでくつろげる。次もまた泊まりたい。

マドリッド空港からタクシーで１０分程度。
空港送迎のシャトルバスは要予約、１人８ユーロ。二人以上ならタクシーがおすすめ20ユーロ。 近くには何もない。大規模ショッピングモールにはタクシーで15分、約10ユーロ。 部屋はモダンで清潔。12時チェックアウト直前にシャワーを使ったら、水しか出なかった。 フロントの従業員は仕事ができない。二人いた内、1人（男性）は全く英語が話せない。偉そうに立っているだけ。話しかけたら、英語は分からない。もう一人に言えと、無愛想に。タクシー呼んで欲しいだけって食い下がったら、アゴで女性スタッフに言えと、無言で仕草。いかに海外でも、あまりの接客態度に呆れた。いくら英語わからなくても、タクシー、エアポートぐらいわかるだろ！ 辛うじて英語を話す女性スタッフも、客の順番や、仕事の優先順位が着けられないようで、複数の客にリクエストを貰って、電話も鳴ってパニック状態。待っているこっちはイライラ。 空港から近く、外国人宿泊客も多い様子なのに、ナニコレ？　たぶん2度と使わないと思います。

広くてきれいな部屋
部屋は広くてきれいでした。温水プールに入りましたが、水はそこまで温かくなく寒かったです。。。しかし総じて満足でした。

I haven’t had a good experience at this place. The check in took up to 30 minutes. There was a lot of people on the lane waiting for it. Only two guys were working on the reception desk. The process was reasonable, but the waiting time was too long. The room wasn’t good as well. Too small and without furniture, there were only the bad and small bed side table. If you want to have a lunch or work, there isn’t a place to do it. The shower box was really tight, it was difficult to take a shower in so tiny space. There is a restaurant in there, but I thought 35 euros was so much for what’s they offered, as well as there isn’t any restaurants close to hotel. The good point, the place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. At the bottom line, the cost benefit for this hotel is not good, I recommend pursue a better option.

The "hotel" is combined with a long term facility for what appeared to be migrants. Also, the transport shuttle times posted were incorrect. You only get one shot to the airport at 0730.

I only stayed at the hotel for one night. However, I really enjoyed my room. It had a living room, comfortable bed and a bathroom with the tub. Room was spotless, hotel staff were super nice. Added bonus-free shuttle to the airport. I didn’t care much for a restaurant on premises (buffet style dinner) but it didn’t matter much to me. Can’t say about area around it but definitely looked industrial. I really enjoyed my stay

Very basic airport hotel. Restaurant on site but only offers Buffett and food was very bland and cold. €18 per person for lunch was not at all worth it. Walk up the street to the Crown Plaza for a delicious burger and fries for €15 instead. Pool was closed, and no one told us. Would have booked a different hotel if we'd known. Airport shuttle was good although we only took it to the airport...we were not able to find it on arrivals and paid €27 for a taxi. Room is spacious, but furniture is very basic. Beds are not very comfortable. Ok for 1 night.

The whole experience was very meh. The room was fine, the front desk staff was competent, the vending machine coffee was surprisingly good. The neighborhood is abandoned-industrial, and the only evening food option is another hotel's restaurant. Or you can walk a kilometer away along empty overgrown lots and a freeway to get to the ONLY regular restaurant within walking distance. Oh, and it closes early, by Spain standards. The airport transport was incompetent to the point of maliciousness. After waiting AN HOUR for the driver to come back (he said he would be 15 minutes, and refused to squeeze us in the van) we ended up catching a ride with a neighboring hotel's shuttle. They were quite gracious, even though we weren't their clients. The hotel offers cheap rates, which is presumably why it primarily caters to traveling youth sports teams. The lobby was packed with teens and tweens on check-out and check-in. If you have any other options for the price, I heartily suggest you take them.

We stayed one night at the Madrid Airport Suites, because of a ridiculously early flight out the next morning. The hotel itself is nothing special -- dated facility, but clean. The restaurant was only serving buffet dinner, which had a nice variety, but the food had obviously been in the warmer for a long time. Beds were decently comfortable, and the bedding was quite nice. We really appreciated the airport shuttle, and were surprised with a bag breakfast to take with us at 3:30 in the morning. When looking for a place to sleep near Madrid airport without lots of frills, this is a great option.

Did not enjoy this stay one bit. Lots of people roaming around, unsure if they are staying there or living there but it made us feel uneasy. Not the cleanest, people aren’t friendly that work there. The place is next to nothing with one restaurant attached with limited hours of being open. They claim to offer shuttling service to local attractions (on their webpage) which isn’t the case. They claim to offer shuttling to the airport every 45 minutes however, no one there bothers to inform you that you need to reserve a spot on the shuttle so $15 euro taxi fare later, we were very happy to say goodbye to this hotel never to return again!

El hotel está muy bien, muy limpio y las habitaciones son cómodas. El único inconveniente es el transporte del/a aeropuerto tarda mucho y tiene restringido a unas horas, que no es coincidente con las horas de los vuelos. Lo informamos al hotel y nos confirmaron que nos darían una solución para el transporte al aeropuerto y así lo hicieron, después de aclarar que habíamos enviado correo y que nos habían informado que nos darían una alternativa.
