立地は高級街の近くで治安が良い。朝食はないのでちょっと歩くけど、ラ・パル市場で食べたり、買い物するのも良い。部屋はキッチン、食器付なので自炊も可能。美術館へも歩けない距離じゃないのでとてもいいと思う。街並みが美しいので歩くのが楽しい。プラド美術館側での観光ならおすすめ。

観光地に近く、場所もわかりやすくてとてもよかったです。追加での宿泊もスムーズに手続きがでました。フロントの方々も気さくで気持ちよく利用できました。

3人で宿泊するので4人まで可能な部屋をリクエストしたがエクストラベッドを入れた部屋は狭くてスーツケースを広げるのにも苦労した。

Con una ola de frio anunciada, cerraron totalmente la calefaccion. Demasiado frio. Sumamente desagradable por la falta de calefaccion y extremo frio en la habitacion. Nuestra estadian fue del 22 al 25 de Abril 2024. NO LO RECOMENDARE

Staff were great, sleep was awful - constant light and noise from a nearby nightclub from midnight until 6am so I didn't sleep at all.

Muy bien ubicada, habitación cómoda y personal amable. Topamos con mala suerte porque el sistema de calefacción exageradamente caliente, al punto de ser imposible cobijarse durante la noche y sobre todo descansar adecuadamente. Se le hizo la observación al personal y no hubo solución. Tuvimos que soportar un calor asfixiante en la habitación y dormir con las ventanas abiertas para medio regular el clima, al costo de también soportar el ruido circundante, que era bastante.

THE WORST service!The overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke was pervasive and intolerable in our room. We booked for 4 nights and checked out the same day. Upon our check in we just dropped our bags. We went to the front dest and asked for a king size bed. They insured us to be fixed upon our return. We got back around 10pm to find out the only personal in the hotel was the cleaning clerk who couldn't help us at the time. We also noticed the awful cigarrette smell and begged for another room since my son has asthma and we could not stop coughing. The cleaning/front desk clerk called some one and said we had to wait until the next day. At 11pm, my 7 year old and husband had to get our bags and checked out. They refused to a full refund and not even Expedia agents could get a hold of their personal!! There are plenty of options in Madrid and this place it might be one of the worst service.

There was no hot water in the shower. Place looks clean but with heavy humid smell. Towels were not in good condition. Place looks good from the outside and it’s in a nice area but we will not use it again.

Property building needs a serious intervention. Dirty rugs, dirty room walls, cracked paint, awful mildew/tobacco smell in our room. Air conditioning out of service. Poor attention from front desk staff except for handling our bags upon (Thank god) check out.
