部屋が最近リニューアルされたのか、とても綺麗でした。 繁華街の真ん中で観光にも食事にも便利な立地、スタッフも親切で、唯一の不満はバスタブがないことだけでした。

ソルから徒歩2～3分の好立地。シティビューの部屋だったので、50㎝くらいのテラスからフォーシーズンズのあるギャラリアを眺めながら部屋でゆったり。大晦日にソル中心地に入る人たちの行列を眺めながらワクワクな喧噪も楽しめました。朝食も種類豊富で、カリフワのチュロスや生ハムなどなど。部屋はとても綺麗で、陶器の電気ポットも新鮮でした。ベッド下も小ぶりなスーツケースなら入るくらいポッカリスペースで、床も絨毯敷きではなく、刺されそうな虫の心配も皆無でした。シャワーもヘッドが取り外せるスタイル。スタッフも皆さん親切で、予想以上でした。 ※特典が付与されませんでしたが、わざわざ交渉するのも……という感じで反故にしました。が、別に損した気分は皆無です。

Very well-located hotel in the centre of all the action. Hotel room is very comfortable. Good sound-proofing and the gym is super nice! Breakfast buffet is amazing, they have a very diverse and extensive spread. Would definitely consider returning!

I liked the facility, the area, and the staff. I liked the Hotel breakfast. I did not like the fact that the restaurant next door had it's kitchen closed when all normal people have dinner.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very nice and attentive, they made sure we had the information we needed and that everything in our room worked properly. The hotel's location is great, you're near the Gran Via, the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real and Catedral de Almudena, the Puerta de Alcalá, and various museums as well as great restaurants, including MasterChef; you're within walking distance of most of these places and the Mercado de San Miguel, which is a great and exciting place to eat and buy things. We want to particularly thank Gonzalo, Jesús, Alvaro and Gloria for making our stay a great one, your service and warmth made a great difference for us. ¡¡Muchas gracias!! El servicio del equipo fue espectacular. ¡Esperamos verles pronto!

I left a very good review overall for the property. My only issue is that I tried for months to tell the hotel we wanted a king bed, not a double bed. That’s what I booked - plus I messaged the hotel through Expedia to confirm. Instead, my husband and I spent our anniversary in two separate beds pushed up against each other. Very weird. Otherwise, it was great. BTW, I didn’t really get any VIP upgrades or perks that I’m aware of, but maybe we missed that?

As a platinum Expedia member, I received a nice upgrade to my room. After plumbing problems were discovered and proved to be difficult to repair, I was moved to an even nicer room. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and lovely.

I really enjoyed staying at Hotel Regina in Madrid! The room was lovely (although the lighting in the bathroom was awful for putting on makeup lol!) and clean. The staff was wonderful & the location couldn’t be beat. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again myself!
