The hosts were friendly and we checked right in. Bed was comfy Nice bedding and the. place seemed clean but the smell was wet dog all night long. The AC switched back to low output no matter how many times I put it on high . I didn’t realize I had chosen a pet friendly room. Since the hotel is directly on the highway opening the only window was not a good option. Somehow, the pet smell needs to be mitigated.

We are unpretentious budget travelers so we chose the best bargain in Madras and weren't disappointed. The room was clean, the appliances in decent shape, and the owner (or manager) very kind. I wouldn't mind staying at Juniper Motel again.

Very clean room!! The man that worked there that night that worked there questioned my husband’s services Dogs credentials, and was very hateful about it. Other than that it was a very clean, nice, and big room. Lady at check out was very nice and friendly.

Customer service was amazing with the 2 sweet ladies that checked us in. The room was very clean and inviting when I walked in. Cleanliness was great but the carpet can be replaced. I still would stay their next time I come into town.
