This home2 location was excellent and consistent with others I have stayed at. The room and common areas were clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend, and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a very late check in and specifically asked about the breakfast hours. We were told breakfast was served until 10 am- we arrived at 9:20 and half of the food items were either empty or cleared away. Asked the front desk on our way out if we had been misinformed and indeed we were. Weekdays the breakfast closes at 9:00 am.

We really enjoyed the stay! My only recommendation is to have the lobby capable of live streaming. We were there for high school wrestling and wanted to watch the semifinals on TV, but we were unable to because of the television not being able to. That was very disappointing as smart tvs are very common.

This hotel was only one month old at the time of our stay. We love Home2 hotels because of the spacious rooms, cleanliness and good breakfast. The only thing we really disliked about our room (522) is that it was directly under external building lights. The light illuminated our room making it difficult to sleep. Typically, Home2 rooms have a track around the window for the shade that helps to block light, this room did not have the track for the shade. Unfortunately this night time bright light was really disappointing but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It’s a relatively new facility, so everything looks clean and nice. The lobby and dining area are cozy and feature a modern interior. The complimentary breakfast includes a variety of hot dishes. The location is convenient and close to the airport. One thing they need to improve is their advertised 24/7 coffee and tea service. The coffee and hot water were often unavailable in the evening. One evening, when we asked the front desk staff to make coffee because the coffee tank was completely empty, she said she didn’t know how to make it. So, in reality, it is not really a 24-hour service. The laundry facility is nice, but when we asked for laundry detergent, they were out of stock and didn’t even know when the next shipment would arrive. When you stay there for a week, those minor inconveniences start to become frustrating. The manager should train the staff to check these things at the beginning of every shift. The cleaning staff was always friendly and happy to provide us with whatever necessities we needed.

I inadvertently left a relatively expensive panama fedora hat in the room when checking out. I realized my mistake on the way to the airport but, because of the flight schedule, was unable to return to the hotel. I immediately called the hotel & told them my room number and asked them to get the hat and ship it to me. I gave them a CC# to cover the cost. Lo & behold, the hat turned up on my doorstep about 5 ays later. Thank you Home2 Suites staff in Madison, WI for your great service and honesty....and for reuniting a "hat freak" with his favorite summer hat.

Front desk always had something going on. We had to have our toilet fixed twice. We were there for a week and we only had housekeeping come by once. Breakfast was always missing foods or condiments. Went swimming twice, one time we had to dry off with hand towels from the gym as there were no pool towels.

Wonderful stay! Our family of 3, plus one cat and one dog were very comfortable at this hotel. Room was quiet, clean, and new. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was a great bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lounge/breakfast area is huge with a pool table and tons of different seating options. We didn't swim, but the pool must be a popular option as many kids and adults were going to and from the pool. EV charger is a Tesla charger and it worked great! Very centrally located. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend Home2 to others.

The room was a great size, with a dividing curtain between the living space and beds. The kitchenette area was great for a multiple night stay. The kids loved the pool. The fitness room had appropriate spacing and offered a variety of equipment for your workout preference. The breakfast would be the only piece of our stay I would say could use improvement, but was still an appreciated part of the included nightly rate. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to make reservations with this chain.

The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty standard but better than most places I’ve been. Coffee isn’t the greatest. There is a pool on the property which means a lot of water on the floors and dirt, which is off putting. And conducting interviews in the lobby with potential employees for all to hear is also off putting, but all in all a very good experience.
