  • Private 5-6 bedroom house, large living room, dining, family rooms and dinette. Large deck, patio, and outdoor sitting area. Conveniently located on Madison's near-west side(just off University Ave.) on very large wooded lot. The house is a straight shot from the University and Camp Randall and an easy drive to the AIRPORT by going around the north side of Lake Mendota.

    Perfect for family reunions, wedding parties, football games, small conferences, and for the business traveler.

    House is on a large wooded lot and offers privacy rarely found in the city. Has wood burner, outdoor fireplace, and off-street parking. It is about 3 miles west of UW campus.
