The room was full of cigarettes smell and I requested a smoke free room. I then compromised an requested the stuff for air fresheners but he never showed up, i left the window open for full stays to clear. Requested multiple times for room service as I stayed there for 13 days. Very poor customer service from my experience of 13 days

This hotel completely ruined my stay in Madinah.On the first day we checked in, the front desk gave us a keycard to the wrong room, and I accidentally walked into another family’s room. It was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing. When we were moved to another room, it reeked of cigarette smoke, and the smell immediately gave me a headache. I asked the front desk for a different room, but I was told the hotel was full and was advised to open the window and spray perfume. On top of that, the room wasn’t stocked with any towels. When I called reception to request towels, they sent up only one small hand towel, which when I booked I selected three adults.I just hope they do better with customer service moving forward.
