Staff were friendly and pleasant at check-in. The room was extremely clean and well appointed. It is clear that efforts are being made sustain a high standard of cleanliness. The Air Conditioner was doing its job (almost too well). The location being just steps away from the water is great. Barry's Bay is an interesting place to visit and the local people and lovely.

Photos are misleading, could not see any river from the property. Room was just ok, bathroom needed work, glad we were only staying one night. Check in was fine, nice lady on the desk. Felt the place was definitely overpriced!

this place provided a clean, comfortable bed and hot shower. the staff were super friendly and check in was easy and seamless. the property itself is super dated and needs renovating. there was a bit of a musty smell in the main area and the washroom although everything was clean. it was also super quiet and i could not hear any of the other guests.

Great staff as usual clean rooms just a little cold when you first get in to your room as they heat is not turn on and this stay we had no showers as the pipe was frozen. But we have stayed ther 3 time and great stays

Owners were friendly and solved a door issue quickly. Lots of signage for instructions. TV stations were limited. Lots of outside seating.

The property hasn't seen any maintenance in 30 years. The rooms need painting and refreshing the decor. The bathroom tiles were mouldy. I would not return and would not recommend this property. The staff were not friendly. I only hope Expedia will post this review.
