"Belle maison ancienne spacieuse et claire. Ideale pour un séjour en famille. Nous étions entre 12 et 14 adultes et la table de la salle à manger était suffisante pour prendre les repas tous ensemble. Buanderie bien équipée et extérieur agréable. Accueil sympathique par Sandrine. "

Les couchages enfants sont dans l'espace salle à manger/cuisine et le couchage pour les adultes se trouve dans une pièce attenante séparée d'une cloison seulement au 3/4. Même si nous avons maqué d'intimité, nous avons passé un séjour agréable."

"La maison est spacieuse mais très mal entretenue et pas très propre .Les portes et fenêtres ferment mal, le petit électroménager est vétuste, les ustensiles de ménage comme les balais, sont en mauvais etat) Le lave vaisselle est trop petit et il manque un égouttoir à vaisselle. Sinon la localisation est bonne pour visiter la Charente. Le jardin est agréable."

The super outside space with the pool and numerous loungers was perfect for spending lazy days and early evenings on our return from many gorgeous day trips to nearby towns or further afield to the coast which was around an hours drive away. "The hotel was converted from an old distillery. Everything looks and feels ultra modern; if you like ultra modern, then it's good. Because of the conversion, things seem spread out. It took us a little effort to find the restaurants. The restaurant has a Michelin star and is good. The brasserie is great. Also, plenty of parking space. "

"Room was ideal for what we wanted. Close enough to center with free parking available. Restaurants and supermarkets walkable. Easy check in and out. Good value for what we got. Good budget option. Only negative was room could be cleaner in places but to be expected so not to bothered. Very happy overall"

"The hotel was beautiful and the staff beyond helpful.. Location was perfect in a beautiful street close to the main square and walking distance to everything. But you must be aware that its a small city ad taxi service is limited... i had to walk to the hotel from the train station and also on my way back.. all the taxis.were fully booked.. 1.4 km not bad but.with a suitcase is not fun... this not the hotel's fault... but you must be aware (the same is i guess for all hotels) "
