"The hotel is in need of updating. As it was the last week they were running down food supplies so the food for breakfast and dinner got less and less with very little choice. The staff did not seem to care when the food and drink ran out. The hotel did not purchase more for example the bacon and tomato ketchup ran out mid week and no more was purchased. "

"Room was great, spacious and well thought out with charging points. breakfast was good, the hot food sadly wasn't under any heat lamps so the bacon, sausages and hash browns etc were cold so saw lots of daily waste as no-one ate them. everything else was good! Staff were really friendly and still getting to know the hotel as well as so new! Beds were good, shower was good (sadly only 4 coffee pods and then have to pay for extras), good soundproofing. Ski hire shop in basement was well stocked and so easy for in and out each day biggest negative was the room was too hot, even with all radiators switched off it was like an oven which didn't help with sleeping and staff didn't have a solution. I spend around 200 nights a year in hotels if not more and for a new hotel these guys are going the right way. hope to be back to see it!"

"Amazing property. The views was breathtaking. The kitchen has everything you need. Parking safe and easy accessed. Free parking was surprise for us.Ski-in ski-out.200% recommend and definitely would come back"

"It’s like a lottery with this accommodation , your room size and whether you get any room cupboard space or even a shower cubicle you can actually fit in to or a stand up shower bath tub all depends on which room and floor you get . It’s an absolute joke that every time I book here I always have to complain about the room . "

"Very good hotel in nice position. Only faults are 1 car park entrance is too narrow and at an angle. 2 the room lights mean you can't see a thing in the wardrobe. Bring a torch. Food choice good, staff very helpful and amenities very good. Boot room staff very helpful too. Definitely a nice stay. "

"Nice large flexible chalet - we were a group of 13 Good amount of equipment cutlery and crockery etc in the kitchen.Quick communication with the host."

"Sadly this is our final stay here for skiing at half term… We’ve been lucky enough to stay here for the last 6 years though, as it is the perfect location for the high ski school drop off points. Now both kids have graduated from ESF, it’s time for us to spread our wings… Didier & Marie have been brilliant hosts. The apartment is typical of the resort, in that is compact and functional for 6 people. The master double room being reserved for Nan & Grandad when they joined us, and my wife and I were happy on the 2 x single beds on those occasions. I’ll happily come back again once we’ve scratched the itch of trying somewhere new though."

"After reading the reviews online I was pretty worried that we were going to arrive to a messy, downrun and unsuitable accommodation however we were pleasantly surprised. Our apartment was clean and was very suitable for a weeks stay. Plenty of room. One downside was there was only one small sofa bed in the lounge, after a long day on the slopes it would have been nicer to be comfy. There was only one shower, which in an apartment for 8 was tough and it was in the an en-suite. Other than that a perfect stay, with lots of snow the undercover parking was very much needed! "
