Déçu un peu à cause des prestations de service exemple au bar on a prix 2 mojito sans goût de rhum et quand nous avons demandé d’en rajouter on nous l’a facturé 10€ de plus et à l’arrivée on nous propose un surclassement en promotion de 20 €. On a dit oui mais nous sommmes revenus à notre premier choix car c’était la même chose à part un canapé lit à la place d’un lit simple et c’était pour une personne

A Gem of a Village, a Gem of a Hotel
I loved this hotel and highly recommend it. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The Skybar was an exceptional treat. The hotel was beautiful inside and out. I found the town of Maĉon very picturesque. The restaurants I ate in were exceptional. Everyone was very friendly.

Macon is very walkable from the location - restaurants, sites, train station. Beautiful hotel. Very helpful staff. Great view from rooftop of surrounding area.

The young lady on the hotel front desk when checking in … acted arrogant and dismissive when asked billing questions. But the spa staff were wonderful and more than made up for the front desks .., surprising behavior.

The hotel has a great boutique style decor and vibe with a nice spa. The property seems completely new and is very clean. The breakfast was generous and the rooms quite large by Euro standards. The skybar restaurant has a great view and serves tapas style small plates (though the service was very slow the night we were there - they seemed to have some staffing issues that night). Overall, a great experience.

Déception au Spa : présence d'enfant dans un espace censé être un espace de calme et de relaxation. Prestation payante du coup pas à la hauteur de l'attente.

Très déçue par cet hôtel avec piscine mais où il faut en fait réserver un accès payant, doté d'une terrasse mais à laquelle on ne peut pas accéder librement pour juste en profiter (il faut être "accueilli" et consommer). Au final, c'est juste une chambre d'hôtel, certes confortable et avec une belle salle de bain, mais à laquelle il manque un rideau et avec un téléphone dont l'écran s'allume tout seul la nuit...

Séjour agréable
Hôtel facile d’accès. Parking extérieur payant juste en bas. Accueil souriant et réactif. Chambre confortable, propre et spacieuse. Literie d’excellente qualité en dehors du troisième couchage (lit pliant et petit en taille). Roof top très apprécié le soir pour boire un dernier verre (abordable malgré le standing de l’établissement). Petit déjeuner sucré ou salé copieux. Dommage que le prix soit un excessif. Séjour satisfaisant dans l’ensemble.

Construction récente avec bon goût. Bar rooftop très classe avec belle vue sur la ville. Chambre bien isolé et spacieuse avec une très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner varié et excellent. Sans hésiter j'y retournerai.
