Relaxing sitting outside with nice view down to the estuary and hills across. Excellent location to go to various beaches and hike in the mountains including within Snowdonia park. Even climbed Mount Snowdon with a perfect view from the top."

Communication with property owner was great. We called ahead to say we would be later because our Sat Nav took us via the scenic route.
