「Stayed during the lockdown. Although very limited facilities were functional due to the lockdown, every staff did everything they could do to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Certainly appreciate they efforts and we will most definitely be back next time... hopefully when the country and the world is out of this Corona chaos.」

「Tout était parfait. C'est la 3ème fois que nous passons une nuit dans cet hôtel. La 1ère fois, on est perplexe par rapport à la situation géographique mais à l'intérieur, on oublie. Excellent accueil, très bon petit déjeuner, chambre spacieuse et très propre. Cette fois-ci, nous avons pris le temps d'aller au jacuzzi hammam. Très bel espace, un moment magique. 」

「Emplacement idéal au calme tout en gardant une accessibilité au centre ville et au port (5 min à pied). Chambre spacieuse, propre, très bien équipée avec machine à café et bouilloire. Une jolie terrasse complète la chambre. Grand parking gratuit + parking souterrain disponible (sans supplément). Un accès à la piscine jusqu'à 22h est très agréable. Quant aux soins spa, c'est uniquement sur réservation. Enfin, le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir dans...

「The property and facilities are amazing (beautiful, confortable and clean). One of the most beautiful hotel I stayed in. However, I think the staff is not very experienced (or understaffed). I was at the patio by myseld during the afternoon and the waitress never came to me (but she did served other tables around) so I had to go to the bar to order my glass of wine. This is very disappointing. Also, there was a miscommunication between the day and night staff at the lobby so they tried to charge...

「ホテルの駐車場が一般侵入禁止エリアにあり、太いポールのバリアーでブロックされていたので少し驚いたが、バリアの前で車を一旦止めて受付に駆け込んだがとてもよい対応をしていただけてすぐに駐車場に入れた。駐車場は地下１階がベスト。私は１階（日本的には２階）に止めたが、なんと地下1階まで降りていかなければいけない。（ホテルのレセプションまでの通路が地下一階からのみ）部屋は４階で広くて快適。バスローブも付いていて高級感満載。部屋用のスリッパもタオル地で気持ちよかった。残念ながらバスタブはなし。トイレは独立。」
