We liked the atmosphere. It was all ok for our purpose. But since we arrived late at night we had to park our car outside since the parking was full inside. It was ok.

Stay away

The hotel is very date run down and in need of repairs. Electric car points didnt work. The staff had no clue how to serve a drink apart from just chuck it in. The chef did know know whar a beef ragu was. The hygiene was very poor and flys no over the breakfast orange juice watered down.yet staff had a non watered down orange juice. No workable safe. On the whole very poor. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemies. I would say is we both had bad stomach's after eating in the hotel. I wouldn't touch it if i was you

Sehr nette Leute und ein Hotel an einem sehr schönen Ort. Außerdem gibt es einen tollen Gsrtenpool und in unserem Familienzimmer einen riesigen Balkon mit See - und Alpenblick. Insgesamt sind Haus und Einrichtung aber schon mal sanierungsbedürftig. Ein weiterer Malus ist die Bahnstrecke, die ziemlich nah vorbeifährt. Das E-Auto kann kostenlos geladen werden, lädt aber nur mit 4kw.

The hotel overall felt very relaxing with its interior and exterior design. I loved its atmosphere. We loved their three-course dinners. One thing they can improve is the elevator. It is very slow and very hot inside on hot summer days.

Sehr schönes, familiäres Hotel am Ostufer des Lago Maggiore. in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse, ab und zu fährt ein Zug vorbei. Schöner, natürlicher Garten, Pool etwas kühl. Whirlpool sauber und warm. Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus oder 100m entfernt. Gute, sehr preiswerte Küche.

Mein Einzelzimmer war mich nicht akzeptabel Dusche und WC auf dem Flur konnte aber ohne Probleme umbuchen. Gutes Frühstück vom Buffet und sehr gute Küche. Personal sehr Freundlich und der See ist zu Fuss schnell erreicht. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Pool, allerdings sind die Sanitäranlagen dort sehr schmuddelig. Zimmer ganz nett, allerdings roch es nach Katzenurin, der Kühlschrank hätte dringend Putzen nötig. Badezimmertüre lässt sich konstuktionsbedingt nicht ganz schließen, was ich als sehr unangenehm empfinde. Sehr störend war auch die Dauerbeschallung mit Radio am Pool und Frühstücksraum, auch im Zimmer die ganze Nacht zu hören. Frühstück war einfach, keine Cerealien oder Müsli. Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und bemüht, wir werden aber sicher nicht wieder kommen, den Preis ist es nicht wert. Maccagno selber ist ein ruhiger Ferienort, wer shoppen oder flanieren will ist in Luino oder Cannobio besser aufgehoben.

Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf, welches nur wenige Unternehmensmöglichkeiten bietet. Dafür ist es eben sehr ruhig und man kann prima den See und die Natur genießen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, zum Klettern, für Wassersport usw. Eine Anlegestelle für Personenschiffahrt ist auch da, Linienverkehr nach Plan. Das Hotel selbst ist familiengeführt, d.h. nicht alles ist perfekt, es soll einen nicht stören wenn mal ein paar Kartons rumliegen oder der Rasenmäher länger steht. Der Chef kann nicht an allen Ecken gleichzeitig sein. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Der Pool war sauber und das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant sehr gut!

Schöne Anlage

Eine schöne Unterkunft die besser gepflegt werden könnte. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und Familien geführt. Die Anlage ist eigentlich traumhaft, leider aber nicht so gepflegt. Hier gibt es Potential. Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet und das Frühstück köstlich. Parkplatz in der Anlage vorhanden.

Hôtel sympa, un peu sur le déclin. La chambre est très confort et grande. Literie top. Petit déjeuner correct. Seul bémol. L'isolation sonore des douche, du couloir et des stores est limite. Hôtel.com ou l'établissent aurait pu prévenir de la taxe supplémentaire pour le chien de €10 par jour
