Great for family weekend

The porch is my happy place!
The place was spotless and the side yard is great for fur babies. The neighborhood is a bit rough, but once you are at the rental is is amazing. The lake is so peaceful. The porch was where I relaxed with morning coffee and evening sunsets. Stayed the week of the eclipse and was able to observe totality from the backyard. The fire pit is really nice and we made some great s'mores ♥️

Great Stay
The house is really nice, and very clean. The manager met us at check in and showed us around the place and was there to ask any questions we had. We were hoping for warmer weather, so we could actually get in the water, but with the wind and the clouds we ended up just handing on the porch and by the water. Which was the second best thing, to swimming/floating. The view is wonderful, lots of bird and boats to watch. There are a lot of places to DoorDash from in the area, and we had a spectacular weekend just hanging out.

Needs Updates
Needs update: Carpet needs to be cleaned, unlevel floors, bedroom doors need to be held by a block, boat dock needs boards replaced and spider webs knocked down. The backyard view is amazing for sunsets! Clean bathrooms and kitchen! Great host! Jessie and Laura were awesome!

We are happy to share that you were the last guests on the old flooring!! Yes, ALL new flooring will be completed this week! We are so excited!!! We will check out the boards on the boat dock… over the winter no one has said anything but maybe no one was out there. Spiders and their webs are just one of the joys of being lakeside. So glad you enjoyed the views! Come back and see the beautiful new floors!

The views are amazing
The house sits right on Cedar Creek reservoir and has stunning sunsets and views. It’s such a relaxing place to stay. Definitely family friendly.

Very clean!
The place was very clean and decorated for the holiday. Host was responsive and even came to our "rescue" quickly when we locked ourselves out. The lake access is beautiful and can be enjoyed from the deck or the dock. We had everything we needed during our stay.

Lovely sunsets and Lake view
We really enjoyed the patio and lake view and fenced in side yard for our dog. The home was clean and not far from some retail areas as well. We also enjoyed fishing from the dock even though the fish were not biting that day.

Relaxing Weekend
Laura was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and had plenty of towels. The kitchen had what we needed to cook a meal, a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. We had a great time using the paddle board and just relaxing on the back porch. We liked that it had a fenced area for the dog.

A bit misleading
The view of the lake from the property is amazing! Likewise the location on the lake was perfect. The property is in a cove so the water is not rough like in other parts of the lake. The property was clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the lack of transparency in the listing. This is a mobile home in need of updating. Bathroom light fixture is falling from ceiling, poor painting jobs, and poor flooring. A review from over a year ago commented on stained carpet and every bedroom still has worn and stained carpet. Bathrooms are typical mobile home bathrooms, hallway, and bedrooms #2 and #3 are very small, basically just enough room for the bed. The master is more spacious but also the hottest room despite air conditioning set to 70. We would not stay here again but consider if the lake view/access is most important to you.

We are sorry that your expectations were not met. The home is kept very clean and the pictures are all real. We recognize that this is not a modern home and there is wear and tear. The Perfect Getaway
The view at this property can't be beat. I enjoyed the sunsets here, grilling delicious dinners, and hanging out by the fire pit. There are a few great wineries within ~30 minutes, perfect to check out on the weekends. The owner and the property manager were both great. My dogs enjoyed the backyard and a few excursions to Purtis Creek State Park. The place was perfect for us and I'm so grateful for the experience.

Great price. Located right on the lake. Plenty of room and beds for family and friends. Internet could be better. Nice kitchen/living area arrangement. Great covered outdoor seating area for enjoying the outdoors.

Had a great time at this place. We stayed for Christmas and there was cute decorations to accommodate our stay. Also had a family dinner at the house and there was plenty of dishes to use. I would definitely stay there again.

Great stay with convenient location!
This property has great sunset views and plenty of space as advertised. The fire pit was a fantastic way to finish the evening and enjoy the sunset. The back porch was covered and offered excellent protection from the wind. The water is pretty low currently, so hoping the rain expected for the area comes through as expected - this was certainly not an issue for us just a call out.

Needs updating but pleasant
Overall we were happy with the house. I was concerned with a couple of the outlets, which seemed to be unsecured. Also, there was a stain in the bedroom carpet which made me question the cleanliness a bit. The homeowner and the property person were very pleasant and responded quickly when we called. The neighborhood is a little iffy but there seems to be a solid effort to update with newer homes. My dog loved the back fenced yard!

The Outlets will get attention and we know the carpet is cleaned regularly but has gone beyond it's life and will be replaced soon. We enjoyed our stay, and the accommodations of this home. The only confusing part was finding the light switches, but other than that, the home has everything you need for a fun weekend with easy access to the water.

Wonderful, large waterfront property!
Loved this property! Wonderful large size that sleeps quite a bit of people! Right next to the water and it was complete with a very large deck as well as a grill and a paddle boat! The inside was separated which allows teens to get away from the adults and vis versa. Located in a really nice tree area and a great oat slip for fishing and swimming. The property manager was amazing and very helpful along the way and always available. Couldn't be happier and will book this location many, many times un the future. Such a wonderful stay!

Nice House
Don’t let the neighborhood deter you. This house was great. Our only complaint was the water level kept us from docking our boat. Of course, that’s not the fault of the owner or property manager. The AC in the master had a bit of trouble keeping up with the heat but again, it’s a scorching hot summer. We were able to launch our boat at Log Cabin. Pretty much everywhere else the water was too low.

Pleasant stay by the lake
The lakeside view is lovely. The house is as advertised, clean, and comfortable. Appliances are in good shape and work well. There's plenty of hot water and good water pressure. We happened to be there during a 100+ degree hot spell, the A/C worked great the whole time. While this house and its neighbors along the water are well-maintained, the rest of the neighborhood is not kept at the same standard.

As advertised and a great location. The back porch was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the lake views. Having the lift available for our boat was a bonus when the winds picked up a few times during our stay. Highly recommend.

Relaxing retreat
We spent 6 nights, was quiet, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the sunsets on the deck. Jessi, the property manager, was very helpful. There were many ants in the kitchen even tho an exterminator had been there. A new skillet is needed in the kitchen for those who cook while they're there.

This house was very comfortable. There was a spectacular view of the lake and a nice level lawn to play games on. The fish were not biting and it rained a lot but that is just how it goes sometimes!
