We hebben een plezierige tijd gehad in de Burghoeve. In het bijzonder de medewerkers willen we daarvoor bedanken. Er kon een ontbijtpakket voor ons geregeld worden omdat we vroeg moesten starten voor de Heuvelland vierdaagse. De behandeling was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cold rooms Rooms doors require maintenance as well as wash basin and tabs If you walk from the rail way station to Hotel the wheels of your bags get damaged cause a lot of stones are everywhere

Teleurstellend voor Fletcher Hotel.

De foto's op de website kwamen niet overeen met de kamer (5) waar wij in zaten 4 nachten lang. Dat een kamer oud is, vinden wij niet erg. Maar dat de roest in de douchebak staat, in meerdere voegen zwarte schimmel, de helft van de verlichting in de badkamer niet werkt en het deel dat het doet een irritante brom geeft en het bed niet waterpas staat (maar met hoofdeinde naar beneden) is absoluut niet wat je mag verwachten van een Fletcher Hotel. Gelukkig was er ook een positief puntje, het ontbijt was goed geregeld.

Hotel, niet Limburg-waardig

Achterstallig onderhoud. Vieze borden bij het ontbijt en humeurig personeel, dat weinig zin had om het ons naar de zin te maken; zelfs geen goede morgen kon eraf. Verder was de kamer erg koud met geen mogelijkheid voor een extra deken in de kast. Volgende ochtend zelf extra beddengoed gepakt. Dit verblijf was zeker het geld niet waard! Foto's volgen

Bij het inchecken hebben wij een verkeerde sleutel meegekregen waardoor we om half 1 uur 's nachts niet naar binnen konden. En 45 minuten buiten in de kou hebben staan wachten. Uiteindelijk is het door de dienstdoende medewerker goed opgelost. Dus even alle sleutelbossen checken en labelen.

Kamer 16 is een bezemkast geen hotelkamer

Ongelofelijk dat ze dit hok op zolder als kamer durven te verhuren. Schuin dak dus helft van de kamer niet bruikbaar. Normaal staand gebruik van toilet hierdoor niet mogelijk. Douchen moet zittend in bad. Kamer 16 al jaren geen onderhoud aan gedaan en is vies en verschrikkelijk ouderwets. Als opberghok ok, als kamer ongeschikt tenzij je max 1.40mtr hoog bent.

Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd! Het personeel heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. De bedden lagen heerlijk. Er was van te voren aangegeven dat er beperkte parkeermogelijkheid was. In principe was het alternatief vanaf 18.00 uur prima! Eén opmerking: kijk aan het eind van de dag of de bezoekers hun auto goed op het terrein van het hotel neer gezet hebben. Wij hadden geen waterkoker of koffiezetapparaatje op de kamer, maar misschien had dat met de prijs te maken. Hoe meer je betaald hoe meer comfort.

AVOID!!!! There was no parking on site dispute it being advertised as including onsite parking. We asked to check out a day earlier to stay somewhere else and they agreed to a refund for the last night but I’m still waiting!!! AVOID

Health hazard. Should not be open for booking.

This room should not be available to book. You need to refurbish this room. There is mould (and god knows what) growing on the carpet. It is unhygienic and not safe to stay here. We booked as a family with an 8 month baby who crawls around the floors. Really not ok that this room was listed in the first place, and for 100 EUR. Other less serious issues: Someone has tried to punch through the door and the walls are dirty above the beds. Change the carpet in the room and you can put this room on the market again. It doesn’t cost much and you won’t risk sick guests. Horrible to put people in a situation like this. The room looks like it’s been inhabited by junkies and prostitutes.

Bedden en ontbijtbuffet was goed. Badkamer erg gedateerd (jaren 70)en aan vervanging toe! We konden niet gewoon douchen vanwege kapotte kraan, geen douche gordijn...spinnen raggen. Tapijt is ook nodig aan vervanging toe zowel kamer als overloop...
