One night comfy stay at Hotel Eclipse, Lyon.

We stayed for one night and it was as expected. Room was clean and comfy but pillow was too soft. Breakfast was not worth 14 euro for what was offered. Location is in a good place. Best bit for us was the hotel having a pool table, as it kept my teenage son and myself with something to entertain us with.

The hotel is old . The staff is nice and Lena is a lovely receptionist . I stayed there 6 days my room was never clean ... Not the fault of the staff just the organisation and the hotel needs to be reorganised. For 200 Euros a night during worldSkills time I was expecting Free breakfast , sadly at this price The breakfast was not included .Again not the fault of the staff . Just nonsense the hotel deal their price with not offering breakfast . The area is not my type but thanks to Lena the receptionist we managed to have a great meal at la Rose Rouge near by. This hotel needs for sure a relooking :)

Hotel très bien, accueil excellent de la part de la personne de l'accueil, En revanche comme la douche du matin était exclusivement à l'eau froide !! (ça réveille !!) j'ai noté "moyen" pour l'écoresponsabilité de l'Hotel car j'ai en fait hésité entre "horrible" ou "excellent", vu que dans le premier cas il faut laisser couler l'eau pendant 5 bonnes minutes pour se rendre compte qu'elle ne chauffera pas davantage (bonjour le gaspillage...) et que dans le second cas on évite à la planète de faire chauffer l'eau pour la douche des clients (bonjour les économies !).

Voyage à l’occasion d’un concert avec un Ami, très surpris par la propreté de la chambre et la gentillesse de l’hôtesse de l’hôtel ! Elle nous a conseiller quelque endroit et nous a renseigné c’était top, le plus dans cette chambre était la Clim, au vu de la chaleur qu’il faisait on a vraiment apprécié !
