Hôtel très sympa avec possibilité de se restaurer. Les plats sont très bons et les cocktails au bar aussi ! L’ensemble de l’hôtel est très « friendly » et c’est tout ce qu’on aime ! Nous reviendrons c’est certain

Facturation abusive
Séjour professionnel du 15 au 16 décembre. Très bonne accueil on me demande une empreinte de carte bancaire. A mon départ on m annonce une facture de 130 euros pour un diner qui n est pas le mien. Biensure on ne trouve pas la facture. Une responsable prend la suite et ne trouve rien. On m annonce un problème informatique. Je perds 20 minutes. Aucune excuse. Rien! Mon empreinte de carte rien non plus. Je fais un mail à la direction et 8 jours après aucune réponse. C est inadmissible d être traité de la sorte. Je déconseille cet hébergement.

The overall experience is nice and the room was comfortable. A complimentary bottle of water would have been appreciated. I expected at least a boiler in the room , there wasnt. They want us to really go to their restaurant for everything. The loby is quite small and the restaurant takes the whole of the space. So it was more a hotel for sleeping

Super cool vibe in the hotel. Although the room was fairly small, that is what we ordered. EXCELLENT food (dinner and breakfast). Everyone was so nice and helpful. No question we would stay there again.

Quirky and comfortable hotel about 20 min walk from old town. Chargeable parking in underground car park accessed from back road. Comic masks in rooms. Enjoyed outside eating and cocktails in bar whilst watching world cup rugby. Pricier than expected but good

Hotel decor and size was lovely. Room was great, quiet with a comfy bed. However disappointed that the staff at the hotel were quite rude and not friendly - I asked for a coffee in the morning and they tried to charge me for the full breakfast! That being said it was a nice hotel and a great location in Lyon.
