Located 10 minutes walk from the train station Part-Dieu, in a secured residence and close to all amenities (Gare PartDieu, Metro, Tram, Bus).

The nice apartment comes with a big bedroom with a 160*200 bed, a bright living room with a 160*200 sofa bed, a high dining table and 4 comfortable chairs, a TV and a nice balcony overlooking the beautiful Sacré Coeur church, and a secured standard garage inside the property.

You will also enjoy a nice bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, Nespresso, oven, microwave...). Sheets and towels are included.

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartmen's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
