最寄りの駅からも近く、清潔で機能的なホテル。部屋も大きいが、朝食が少し単調。街の中心に行くには駅を越えて15分ほど歩く必要があるが、道路は幅広く一本道で迷うことはない。

バスルームのみ清掃されていました
バスルームのみ清掃されていて、部屋やトイレは清掃されていませんでした。フロントに電話したら「起こさないでください」の札がかかっていたというので、「バスルームは清掃されていました」と言いましたが、謝罪なく「今清掃するか？」と聞かれただけでした。疲れていたのでごみを片づけてもらって、トイレットペーパーを持ってきてもらって、水だけもらいました。仕事分担が色々おかしいので変なことがいっぱい起こります。また、朝食代をやたらと請求してきます。チェックイン時に朝食は要らないって言っても、出かけるときも、チェックアウトの時も言ってきます。気を付けてください。

ヨーロッパ出張
Perrache駅そばを考えてこのホテルにしましたが、選んでよかったです。 スタッフも気さくだし、部屋も清潔かつ広く、十分に満足できました。 一点、チェックイン時に支払いを求められるので、現金かC/Cを準備しておくことをお勧めします。

落ち着けるホテル
8時頃朝食に行きましたが、使用済み食器が片づけられていないテーブルが大半で座る場所を探すのがちょっと大変でした。 食事自体はパン、コーヒ/紅茶/ジュース類、それに卵/チーズ/ベーコンなど、物価から推測するとまあリーズナブルなのかも知れません。

不満もありませんが、四つ星！というほど特別な何かはありませんでした。
確かにペラーチェ駅の近くですが、繁華街の裏手なので周りは寂しいです。夜遅くは女性は1人で歩くのを避けたほうがいいほど。雨が降った時などは便利でした。ホテルのスタッフはとても感じがいいです。ルームサービスは利用してないので分かりません。

ペラーシェ（Perrache)駅南側を出て通りを歩けば直ぐ左手に見えます。
清潔できれいでこじんまりした感じです。駅からのアクセスが良くて便利でした。 地階にあるCafeで朝食をとりましたが、供用の庭のようなものもあり、明るく落ち着いた感じです。

意外に便利な立地でローコストな４つ星ホテル
８月に６泊滞在。２泊分が無料だったため６，０００円／１泊で安く利用できた。Perrache駅の南側だが、旧市街・新市街、Part-Dieu駅に行くトラムＴ１の停車場にも近く意外に便利。さらに、徒歩圏に3件のスーパーマーケット、ショッピングモールもある。朝食は充実しているが１２ユーロは高すぎるため１回しか利用せず。

ペラーシュ駅のすぐ近く
観光スポットからはペラーシュ駅を挟んで反対側なので多少の距離は感じるものの、ホテルそのものはとても快適。天気が良いときはホテル裏側の広いテラスでゆったりくつろげます。バスタブにカーテンがついてないのでシャワーを浴びるのに多少気を使うのが欠点でしょうか。駅前の地下駐車場が契約駐車場みたいでホテルから2～300m離れてますが、セキュリティのしっかりした地下駐車場は混むこともなくフランスの路上駐車についていけない人には安心です。

Overall very good but the staff didn't show us the way to our room like they said they would and so we got lost (we could've never guessed the right way to our room as first-time guests). The bin in our bathroom was also not replaced on one of the days and was left disassembled. I'm pretty sure the door to our terrace was also open the entire time we were there as we couldn't figure out how to lock it properly. Other than that, very pleasant, spacious, light, and comfortable room in a good location.

Actual condition of room was very different from how it was advertised on the website. Balcony was very dusty with fallen leaves all over. Bedsheet was also found with stains. Checked out an hour after checking in. Staff service was great though, understanding and patient.

We kregen een kamer die veel te warm was en niet voldoende afgekoeld kon worden om goed te kunnen slapen. Ook was er een aanhoudend intermitterend storend lawaai. De kamer was voor een 4 sterren hotel klein. Nadat we dit aangekaart hadden (na twee nachten), kregen we een ruimere kamer. Anders was het hotel heel goed qua ligging, netheid, faciliteiten en ontbijt.

The property was not anything like in the photos. It was run down and old. You literally had to walk outside to another building to go to your room and neither the front entrance or the additional building had any security - anyone could just walk in. They should have to use a key to gain access. The staff at the font desk was wonderful.

Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was very complete, with everything you could want to eat. There were lots of common spaces in the building with different functions, that gave a resort feel to the hotel.

Très bon hôtel mais direction pas très arrangeante. Malgré plus de 3000€ dépensés sur place, aucun arrangement possible concernant une nuit suite panne de voiture d’un collaborateur.
