暖房はフロントに言わないと入らないとのことを次の日になってから聞いた。ハヤにある室温コントローラーの画面は、スイッチが入ったり切れたり、温度設定ができたりするが、ダミーで、フロントデスクで操作するとのこと。 チェックイン時によく説明すべきだ。 しゃべったかもしれないが、朝食が何時からでいくらとか、ほかの何処のホテルでも通常説明さるような事柄とは、次元が違う話だから、このことだけは字に書いてでも、違うレベルの説明が必要だ。

It is a gem Hôtel. Close to the train station , transportation and great restaurants. From desk staff extremely nice and helpful . Highly recommended .

Good place to sleep
My room was small but since it was just me, that was not a problem. Since it’s November, I had them turn off the heat and I opened the window so I’d have fresh air to sleep. I always sleep with ear plugs and an eye mask and I slept very well bc it actually got cold in the room.

Le personnel est accueillant et à l’écoute des besoins. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car il y avait des vers sur la moquette et on nous a immédiatement relogé dans une autre chambre. Quelques toiles de poussière au plafond mais dans l’ensemble l’hôtel est propre. Bruyant lorsqu’il y a des gens au bar ou dans le restaurant pour le petit déjeuner. Et nous entendions les trains car à côté de la gare. Mais avec des bouchons d’oreilles (fournis dans les chambres) le bruit est atténué.

Bonjour Une présence de forte odeur noseabonde des l entré dans la chambre cela venait de la salle de bain . Effectivement une très forte odeur de force septique canalisation des toilettes, le propriétaire de l hôtel a notre arrivée a évoqué un problème de chasse d eaux qui n en était rien.

A smart, comfortable hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. The room was small but comfortable and had everything one could want. Eccentric arrangements (call reception) for controlling A/C were a bit of a drawback, and a little ungenerous with teabags and bottle of water. Breakfast was good.

De passage à Lyon, l'hotel est parfaitement situé. Proche gare, bus,centre commercial, parc. Chambre très confortable, très bon petit-déjeuner et très bon accueil. Au top.

very convenient if you are taking the train, hotel was quiet and clean. The only thing it was a buzz all night, a noise that we couldn't sleep. Every 2 minutes or so, this noise. I didn't ask what was it, we had to take the train very early and we need to go. This was the only problem, the rest very good.

hotel is reasonable
The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. close to the train station is the reason that I selected this hotel. We found out the sink is nearly clogged and drains very slow. It is quite obvious and the cleaning people should have noticed it. My biggest issue is that the air-conditioner is making burst noise every few minutes.

Chalzur qui monte a presque 25 degrés dans la chambre alors qu il fait 10 degrés dehors... Climatisation qui ne marche pas (l hôtel ne l'a mets pas en route volontairement), me suis retrouvé bloqué dans ascenseur, très bruyant car certaines chambres donnent sur les voies, petit déjeuner avec du fromage tellement dur qu il casse comme du verre, tasses très fêlées pour certaines, Douche "parasol' de la douche ne marche pas (bouton bloqué) etc. Etc. Seul le staff est sympa. A FUIR

Hotel pequeno, boa localização.
O hotel é pequeno, tem quartos menores. Não falta em nenhuma comodidade. Está muito perto do transporte público e estação de trem.

Buen hotel!
En general muy bien, la cama es cómoda. El baño muy limpio. Hace un poco de calor en la habitación y no se puede modificar la temperatura. El wifi no llega a la habitación.
