Situated 5 minutes walk from metro A and B Charpennes, and to 10 minutes walk from Parc de la Tête d'Or, this beautiful typically French 90m² apartment is on the first floor without elevator of a secured building.

It comes with a bright large living room with an herringbone parquet, a HD TV and a140*190 sofa bed, a beautiful fully equipped modern kitchen , and two great bedrooms, one with a double bed and another one for children with a bunk bed. Another spare bed is available too but can be used only by a child (too small for an adult).

You will enjoy too a lovely moderne bathroom with a bathtube.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.
