Room and shower were clean and the location was convenient for the city. Sadly the road was very noisy late at night and early in the morning so if you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you

The ad said AC, but there was none. It was cool so no big deal. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It's hard to give it above 3 stars because it's an older place that is quite small, but everything worked fine. Across the street are some clubs (cabaret?) so maybe not the best with kids, but it wasn't loud or unsafe.

Great service!

The staff was very friendly nad helpful. The room was on the small side but clean and the beds were comfortable. Very close to the central station and tram. Walking distance to the old town if you don't mind walking a little. Only downside was the loud cafe across the street. We enjoyed our stay and got great recommendations from the staff of what to see and do in the city.

The listing said there was air conditioning but there was only a fan in the room. Walls and bathroom were pretty dirty. Rooms are small. Shower was broken - nothing there to hold the shower head above you.

Disappointing stay

Small tired room in a budget hotel but not at budget price. Extremely expensive for what it was. Area not very good. Noisy and dodgy , people hanging about outside. Not near the centre although very near the train station.

The whole room wasn't really clean. The bed was full with hairs, even in the bathroom were a lot of hairs. Fortunately they changed the sheets very quick and without any noize. At least, I paid way to much for this hotel. Even the area wasn't really nice, I could hear the bars the whole night!

The shower clogged up. Water was overflowing the entire bathroom. I asked to change rooms. The hotel is not full, but instead, they sent someone to dig up a nasty clump of hair clogging up the shower and didn’t change the room. So I had to deal with a flooded bathroom all night. Next day, I accidentally left my key card in the room and got a nice lecture that the hotel is not responsible if someone have access to the room when I leave the card in the room. Who else other than the hotel has access to the room? The area is also very dodgy. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra €50 and get a better place

うるさく　サービスは悪い

３泊しましたが、ホテルの前に居酒屋があり、 夜遅くまで音楽鳴り、騒いでおりうるさい。 洗面の電気は切れたまま直してくれなかった。 またティーの補充もなかった。 タオルの補充も十分でなく残念なホテルであった。

Litet hotell med renoveringsbehov.

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal! Hotellet ligger dock i ett skumt område, åtminstone i kontrast till resten av stan. Det är inte ett stort hotell och rummen är ganska slitna, ex eluttag som inte sitter fast och slitna möbler/dörrar. I renoveringsbehov.

The person who greeted us was amazing, friendly and took the time to show us a map of all the spots to visit and food places to try. After that, it went downhill. The room stank of cigarettes and the window wouldn’t close properly to stop the smell. The shower was broken and the room was dirty. I question if the sheets were even changed

The room is extremely small. The plugs are not functioning properly. The TV is not working. The soap in the bathroom was so old that when I opened it, it became small pieces. Not great at all. I do not recommend.
