良かった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス

歯ブラシスリッパはあり、インスタントコーヒーや紅茶もあったが、３泊したが補充交換はなかったはなかった。駅の近くでどこに行くにも便利で館内は清潔だったが、排水溝がつまり気味でシャワーを時々止めないと流れない。そして悪臭が酷かった。それ以外は特に問題なかった。

駅近でわかりやすい

駅を出てすぐ看板が見えて場所はわかりやすい。部屋も清潔で寝るだけなら十分。シャワーがガラス張りなので、友達とかだと気まずいかも。

文句なしの快適さ

ルクセンブルク中央駅の正面から見える素晴らしい立地です。駅周辺なのでスーパーや飲食店にも困りません。部屋は広くて設備が整っていて、とても快適でした。ベッドが大きく、敷布団が軽くて大きくて心地良く眠れました。文句なしです。

ルクセンブルク駅から徒歩3分のホテル

2017/04/1に1泊しました。ルクセンブルク駅からは道路を渡ってすぐのところにあります。徒歩3分ぐらいです。建物にエレベーターがあります。 Wi-Fiは問題なく使用できました。スタッフの対応は良く、英語が話せます。部屋はとても綺麗でした。ガラス張りのシャワールームなので友人と宿泊するのは恥ずかしいかもしれません。シャワールームの使用で部屋の中にお湯が漏れると口コミにありましたが、そんなことはなかったです。バスタオル、足拭きマット、タオルが置いてあります。アメニティはないですが、ドライヤーがあります。朝食は食べていないのでわかりません。旧市街までは徒歩15〜20分ぐらいです。少し坂道になっているので、あまり歩きたくない方は駅前からバスに乗ることができます。近くにスーパーがあったので便利でした。快適に過ごすことができたので、次回もまた利用したいと思います。

This was the perfect place for our one night stay in Luxembourg. Easy to find and the check-in/out process was so easy. Staff spoke English and offered suggestions around the hotel for breakfast.

Es ist eine gute Location und der Service ist freundlich. Das Zimmer war okay aber leider nicht sehr sauber, es ist hellhörig, dazu kommt leider ein schlechter Geruch aus dem Badezimmer, das ist sehr unangenehm gewesen. Die Seifenspender waren leer und 2 von 4 Handtüchern schmutzig. Es könnte an sich echt viel besser sein, wenn man richtig gut putzt und ordentlich macht.

close to Train Station and within walking distance of most tourist locations. A lot of light at night coming from Mini Bar in room, very bright (but you could put a towel over it to cut out the light).

The staff and service were excellent, the front desk gentlemen were prompt and friendly, they attended our demands professionally, bathroom and floors need to be redesigned, other than that, our stay was ok

The only thing good I can say about this hotel is that it is close to the main train station in Luxembourg. There was noisy construction across the street. We spent our two days there away from the hotel. Smallest room ever. The common area floors were shiny and clean but the room felt older and dirty. Would not recommend.

Every two out of three rooms per floor appear to have bathrooms fully exposed to the guest room with no way to screen.

A 2 pas de la gare centrale, très pratique. Lit confortable, belle chambre. Seul petit détail, secteur en construction et rue passante, donc un peu bruyant. Très bon service :)
