ルクセンブルクへ来るまで来る人は便利すぎるホテル
ルクセンブルク中心部から少し外に位置しているホテル。車での訪問だったので、駐車場付きのこのホテルはかなり便利でした。駐車代は13.5ユーロ/日で許容範囲り周りに何も無いので、夕食はホテルの1階にあるレストランで済ませました。ブッフェで25ユーロ/人で便利なホテルでした。

坂道を上ったところにあるホテルなので、徒歩ではなかなかしんどいです。空港などからはタクシーで行くのが良いかと思います。 少し日本語の話せるスタッフさんがいらっしゃいましたので、困ったことがあれば頼りにすると良いでしょう。 朝食がとても美味しかったです。

Das Hotel ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben um 23:00 Uhr neue Handtücher verlangt, weil ein Handtuch fehlte niemand hat bei uns gemeldet. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat angeblich den Room Service angerufen aber niemand hat die Handtücher gebracht. Die Telefone im Zimmer funktionieren auch nicht, deshlab musste ich vom 11. Stockwerk runterlaufen. Unser Zimmernummer war 1114. Der Preis für diese Unterkunft ist leider nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich kennne Hiltonkette normalerweise anders.

Das Hotel ist ein Schatten seiner selbst und des Namens Hilton und der vier Sterne nicht mehr würdig. Zum Zimmer: Temperatur nicht regelbar außer eiskalt, Regler defekt, Wasser braun wegen Rost, kaum Wasser aus der Dusche. Zum Frückstück: Rührei dauerte 20 min und war fast flüssig und ungenießbar, Butter war ganz aus und nicht mehr verfügbar, Speck kalt, Baguette ebenfalls ausgegangen, nur noch Toast verfügbar, Löcher in der Tischdecke, Raum im 1. OG völlig überhitzt ohne Kühlung

Ontbijtruimte was veel te klein en totaal niet gezellig. Keuze bij het ontbijt was wel goed. Het aantal liften (3) voor een gebouw van 19 verdiepingen (wij sliepen op de zestiende verdieping) was totaal onvoldoende en resulteerde in constant wachten op de liften. Mensen lopen in zwemkledij in de lobby en niemand zei daar iets van... Kamer was heel goed (wij hadden een luxe suite) maar de rest van het hotel voldeed niet echt aan de norm.

Overrated
Reserved a room for 2 adults and a child, but only got 2 single beds... Need to ask for another bed, that was a very old divan. A friend that travel along with us paid for a double bed and got 2 Single. Ask to rectify mistake, but they wanted to charge extra £50. Only after speak with management, solve issue. Only 3 lifts for such massive building, needed to wait over 20 minutes for lift or use stairs from 7th floor. Beds and pillows not comfortable, and very noisy, could hear even people talking on car park (from 7th floor), as well all other noises from other bedrooms.Budget hotels have better installations and more comfortable.
