"DO NOT BE DECEIVED by what's posted on the website ( in my case Expedia). The pictures posted are great but in reality it's TERRIBLE. Floors are squeaking. Toilet and bathroom and kitchen are common to other guests next door or even from guests upstairs. They have a rule if someone makes a mess in the kitchen, they could charge you big money for cleaning fee, my question was, what if the next door neighbor made a mess, who are they going charge? "Thankful for some air, even though it didn't cool much. One of our rooms had multiple steps to the bathroom, and to inside the room. That wasn't great, but not the end of the world. The man working the front desk when we checked in was very helpful and kind. I appreciated his patience and positive attitude so much!"
