VILLA KURIOZA - ECO STONE VILLA WITH HEATED POOL - IDEAL FOR FAMILY VACATIONS

The new renovated 300 year old stone built villa is situated on the slopes of the Učka Nature Park and is only 15 km from the beach. Its geographical location allows a 20-minute access to local towns and beaches along the Est coast of the Istrian peninsula, such as Labin and Moščenička Draga, but also Opatia.
Villa Kurioza is located in the small Istrian village Kurelovići, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, which gives peace and a relaxing atmosphere on the property. It comfortably offers space for six people to sleep in three stylish rooms with air conditioning and private bathroom, plus two more people can sleep in the living room. The villa is ideal for families, with a pool garden and a sports garden in a total of more than 2000m2.
The villa has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen with a small terrace, a living room with plasma TV, the extent to the 30m2 outdoor pool and a terrace upstairs with a romantic panorama. The peculiarity of this villa is the romantic and breathtaking view. The whole villa is covered with WiFi internet.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for an excellent meal, so that you can also pamper your palate. From there you can enjoy your meal by the pool on the covered terrace with quality garden furniture, in the fresh air and in the shade of the wooden canopy. Next to the pool there are beautiful loungers.
In front of the garden it opens the huge green pasture where it is possible to play some sports or just relax and enjoy watching the nearby cows and sheep. Only two families live in the village, who make fantastic local cheese and homemade bread. They are always happy to greet every passer-by and let them taste their products.

Very lovely country side house - perfect base to explore Istria and relax

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 boys (6 & 8) and our dog. The house was perfectly clean as were the surroundings and we found all amenities and equipment you would need for having a lovely and memorable vacation. Adriana, the host, was very helpful and giving a lot of tips where to go and what to see in Istria. The neighbours from the farm next door have also been very friendy and we felt absolutely welcome in Villa Kurioza.

I little dream

what a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Adriana and her husband have lovingly converted and furnished this house. The pool and garden were a little paradise for everyone on the hot days and there was salt water instead of chlorine. Splendid. The house is in the mountains. Only a few farms all around. The next shop (Lidl, Spar, Plomine) is about 20/25 minutes away. Fresh eggs, milk and cheese are available from the neighbors. Pula is about 45 minutes to go. Opatija and Riejka 30 and 40 minutes respectively. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. 5 Stars

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Kurioza! It's a lovingly restored beautiful old house with a spectacular view (talk about watching stunning sun sets), a terrific pool (fantastic also for kids that do not yet swim) and a big yard with a swing and trampoline. The house now features a roof over the terrace - a great addition that allowed us to spend most of the day outside. The neighbors are super friendly and we could buy freshly made bread, cheese and ham from them. They even make breakfast! We've stayed in many beautiful vacation homes but what sets this one apart are the details that make it feel like a home. There was plenty of soap, dish soap, coffee, cereal, salt, oils and whatever other basics we needed for cooking. There was washing powder and a drying rack outside. We were even greeted with fresh fruit, drinks and a sweet treat upon our arrival. And Adriana was extremely responsive whenever we had a question. We would come back anytime and cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Schönes Freienhaus mit Pool

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben. Die Küche ist etwas klein, aber wirklich alles, was man benötigen könnte, ist vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer/Betten sind gut, ein Zimmer hatte ein Bett mit leicht kaputter Matratze, da hat dann aber die nette Vermieterin Adriana sofort reagiert und für Abhilfe gesorgt, am Samstag wurde sogar ein neuen Bett eingebaut. Naja, und das Außengelände ist super, der Pool, aber auch die umliegenden Wiesen wurden von uns zum Federball-/Boule-/Frisbee-Spielen genutzt. Man benötigt ein Fahrzeug, weil vor Ort keinerlei Lebensmittel eingekauft werden können. Der nächste Mini-Supermarkt ist per Auto in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar, große Supermärkte kann man in ca. 30 Minuten erreichen. Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig, man kann hier super entspannen.

Erholsame Auszeit

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Steinhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und besticht im Landhaus Stil mit wunderschönen, antiken Accessoires. Alles war vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Salzwasserpool war super erfrischend, die überdachte Terrasse sehr gemütlich. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Familien und Hundeurlaub

Wir waren über Pfingsten mit unseren Hunden in der Stein Villa, die Lage war für uns Perfekt! ein wirklich herrlicher Ort, wenn man auch in der Ferienzeit Ruhe genießen will. Es gibt wunderschöne Wandertouren in der Umgebung und mit dem Auto kommt man mit etwas Fahrt ans Meer und an den Touristen Hotspots und kann dann nach dem Trubel wieder die Ruhe genießen. Die Villa ist liebevoll Renoviert und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort "zuhause" gefühlt. Der Garten (Fliesen und Kiesfläche) ist komplett umzäunt ohne Löcher im Zaun. Rasenfläche ist daneben (nicht eingezäunt) Paar wenigen Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich. Unsere Vermieterin Adriana war sehr lieb und hat über WhatsApp immer wieder nachgefragt ob es uns gut geht, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir etwas brauchen. Auch ein Willkommensgeschenk haben wir bekommen, wir haben uns sehr Willkommen gefühlt. Der Pool mit Salzwasser statt stinkenden Chlor war super gibt zum reingehen auch verschiedene Ebenen. Nur den Whirlpool haben wir vermisst, aber vielleicht sind damit die Düsen um Pool gemeint. Gibt auch einen Ordner mit Anregungen, was man in der Umgebung alles machen kann. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Ländlicher Charme mit großem Komfort

Ein prima renoviertes aber schönes altes Stein-Haus in dem man sich sehr wohlfühlen kann. Es ist sowohl gemütlich wie auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für zwei Freundespaare oder 2 Familien ist es optimal in der Raumaufteilung. Wir haben auch die ländliche Umgebung mit dem leisen Bimmeln der Kuhglocken, den Abendkonzerten der Zikaden und dem traumhaften Blick auf die direkten Felder und die Berge in der Ferne sehr genossen. Durch das Bauerngehöft nebenan fühlt man sich geschützt - ist aber gleichzeitig ganz frei für sich alleine. Wir fanden das eine tolle Lage ! Für den Trubel ,touristische Attraktionen, oder das Meer fährt man in ca. 30 Minuten an die Küste nach Opatja oder Rabac.Wer wandern oder biken möchte kann direkt vom Haus aus starten, es gibt unendlich viel zu entdecken ! Unsere Vermieter haben sich sehr gut gekümmert und für alles liebevoll gesorgt.Vielen Dank dafür, Ich hoffe wir können einmal wieder kommen !

Erholsame Tage in einer tollen Ferienunterkunft

Die Villa Kurioza lässt keine Wünsche offen. Super Ausstattung. Alle Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wunderbar ist die großzügige Außenanlage mit dem tollen Pool. Villa liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch mit Bergblick. Ein Auto ist für Besorgungen und Strandbesuche zwingend erforderlich. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Vermieterin Adriana für die vielen kleinen Willkommensgrüße, den vorzeitigen Check-in sowie die schnelle Bearbeitung unserer Fragen und Anliegen. Wir als Familie (5 Erwachsene) hatten eine wundervolle, erholsame Zeit.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Es war für uns der perfekte Urlaub mit unseren 2 Fellnasen. Adriana ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin und ist stets für Fragen oder Wünsche erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Nachbarn sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier kann man wirklich den Alltag vergessen und entspannen.

Wunderbare Villa zum Entspannen

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen für eine Woche in der Villa. Diese ist mit wunderbarem Ausblick direkt in der Natur gelegen. Es wird ein Auto für tägliche Besorgungen benötigt. Im eingezäunten Garten lässt sich wunderbar grillen und zusammen sitzen. Man hat keine direkten Nachbarn, lediglich ein paar Kühe. In dem Ort wohnen zwei weitere Familien, die man ab und zu Mal trifft. Es ist absolut ruhig dort. Lediglich der Nachbarshund ist frei laufend, bellt viel und manchmal auch in der Nacht. Er kommt aber nicht auf das Grundstück. Für unseren Hund war es super, Spazierwege direkt vor der Tür. Das Haus war perfekt sauber als wir angekommen sind. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet (Kaffemaschine, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Toaster /, Spülmaschine etc. Alles da ) Dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat ist wirklich Luxus. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre nur bessere oder mehr Schirme für mehr Schatten . Es waren zwei kleine Schirme vorhanden. Diese waren aber nicht für Wind geeignet. Ansonsten würden wir jederzeit wieder herkommen. Einfach super !

Erholsame Tage in ländlicher Umgebung

Die schöne Villa ist mit allem eingerichtet, was für einen Urlaub mit Selbstversorgung notwendig ist. Sie liegt abgelegen am Rande des Tals, ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig. Innen ist die Villa wohnlich und modern eingerichtet, lediglich im Bad im Erdgeschoss ist zwar eine Dusche vorhanden, jedoch keine Duschkabine (eher eine Nasszelle), so dass für das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss auch in den Badezimmern im Obergeschoss geduscht wurde. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer, Waschmaschine hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Geschirrhandtücher und Handtücher waren in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, nur große Poolhandtücher muss man selbst mitbringen. Im Dorf liegen nur zwei weitere bewohnte Häuser sowie landwirtschaftliche genutzte Objekte, ringsum liegen große Schaf- und Kuhweiden. Von der schönen und großzügigen Terrasse mit zahlreichen Sitzmöbeln sowie Liegestühlen kann man die Aussicht auf die Weite des Tals sowie Hügel und Berge der Umgebung genießen sowie wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Auch der Salzwasserpool ist sehr gepflegt mit Sitzmöglichkeit im Pool. Niedliche Nachbarskatzen kommen vorbei, zwei Hunde sind in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Der Garten ist vollständig umzäunt, es gibt noch eine angrenzende große Wiese mit alten Baumbestand, Trampolin und Schaukel. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge mit dem Auto in die Umgebung und an die Küsten. Wir haben den Urlaub absolut genießen können von der ersten bis zur zur letzten Minute!

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Anreise war problemlos, die Unterkunft war genauso wie sie im Internet beschrieben ist. Das Gebäude ist komplett umzäunt, so dasss wir unseren Hund frei laufen lassen konnten. Highlights: der Pool, sehr angenehm mit Salzwasser und die Klimaanlage - es war sehr heiss während unseres Aufenthalts. Auch sehr nette Nachbarn, bei denen man sehr gut Eier, Brot und Käse bestellen kann. Insgesamt alles sehr sehr gut. Absolute Empfehlung!

Schöne Woche

Für Leute, die Action, Trubel und vielfältige Unterhaltung suchen ist die Lage dieses Haus nicht wirklich geeignet. Für alle, die lieber Ruhe suchen und die Natur genießen wollen, ist es ein kleines Paradies. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Nach dem Fällen eines Baumes muß jedoch dringend für Schattenplätze gesorgt werden. Die Küstenorte sind auf guten Strassen in weniger als 30 Minuten erreichbar, auf dem Weg findet sich immer ein guter Supermarkt. Wir haben die Woche zusammen mit der Familie sehr genossen

Super schön Haus, toller Urlaub, alles TIP TOP ;)

Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien und haben nach einem Haus mit eigenem Pool und abgeschlossenen Grundstück gesucht, wo auch Hunde erlaubt sind. Das Haus ist spitzenklasse, so toll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt nichts an Ausstattung. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt. WLAN hat auch super funktioniert und es gibt alle (deutschen) TV Sender. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Austausch mit der lieben Vermieterin Adriana war klasse und sie spricht super deutsch. Sie hatte uns sogar noch kühle Getränke zur Begrüßung in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Auch konnte man sie alles fragen und sie hat uns super Tipps gegeben. Das Haus liegt wie auch die anderen Gäste schon geschrieben haben ruhig und sehr außerhalb. Ohne Auto gehts natürlich nicht. Aber das wussten wir vorher. Ca 15/20 Min bis Labin zum großen Supermarkt, 1-2 kleinere Markets sind etwas näher. Zum Baden: Die Bucht Plomin Luka ist am schnellsten zu erreichen. Rabac auch super. Oder Duga Luka/Prtlog. Einen schönen Ausflug nach Rovinj haben wir auch gemacht, knappe Stunde waren wir da. Haus und Umgebung sind für den Hund perfekt, Tür auf, raus aus dem Haus und man konnte endlos über die Felder laufen. Sehr nette Nachbarn, frische Eier haben wir bekommen und zum Abschied kam der Bauer noch mit einem Arm voll frischen Feigen vorbei. Die direkten Nachbarn haben auch Hunde (2 Hündinnen), was aber kein Problem für unseren Rüden war. Sie haben zwar auch als gebellt, kamen aber nicht an/ins Haus heran. Ein Kätzchen kam auch als vorbei, aber auch nicht rein. Wer allerdings abends gerne zu Fuß los möchte oder bummeln, für den ist es nichts. Alles in allem war es genau das was wir gesucht haben um auszuspannen, Ruhe, kein Stress, einfach die Tage genießen und so nehmen wie sie kommen. Würde das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Adriana für alles und den tollen Aufenthalt. Es war eine tolle Urlaubswoche. Wir kommen gerne wieder, dann auch länger ;)

Die Villa Kurioza liegt in einem kleinen Dorf mit lediglich 2 Familien. Es erwartet Sie ein altes, wunderbar renoviertes Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, auf einem eingezäunten Grundstück mit einem tollen Pool in einer sehr ruhigen und idyllischen Umgebung. Die Villa Kurioza hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Sie war blitzblank sauber und ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Man muss wirklich nichts mitnehmen, es ist alles vorhanden. Am ersten Tag hat uns der Nachbar Davor frisch gepflückte Kirschen überrascht. Bei Davor und seiner Frau Nives kann man frische Eier, selbstgemachten Käse oder ein frisches Brot kaufen bzw. bestellen. Obwohl wir die Besitzer nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben, hat die Kommunikation über WhatsApp vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag problemlos geklappt. Neben Infos zur Villa haben sie uns auch Tipps zur Umgebung und zu möglichen Ausflugszielen gegeben. Vielen Dank dafür!

Perfect place for a relaxed holiday!

A lovingly restored, cosy farmhouse, idyllically situated on the edge of the Ucka National Park. Absolutely quiet and pure nature. We were particularly enthusiastic about the intact nature around the house (like orchid meadows, species-rich bird and reptile fauna). The interior and appliances of the house leave nothing to be desired and should still something be missing, the very nice owners will take care of it immediately. If you wish you can buy fresh eggs and cheese from the neighbors. Absolutely perfect for people who - like us - want to spend a quiet holiday in nature sufficiently off the beaten tracks. Nearby are two authentic and recommendable restaurants in Boljun and Vranja, if you intend to skip self-catering. “Absolute recommendation!"
