広くて快適

部屋は広くとても清潔で快適でした。また、フロントの対応も丁寧で気持ちの良い対応でした。立地的には夜の噴水のある公園の近くなので噴水を見たい方にはオススメに立地です。

部屋も通路も広くて快適。

新しいし、広くて快適だが、以下の点は要改善: ・冷蔵庫がない。・チェックアウト時の対応スタッフが2人しかおらす、待ち時間が長かった。また、スタッフは接客中の相手しか見ていないので、後から来たのに先を越されることになる。・シャワーカーテンが短くバスタブの縁に届かず、周りがビショビショになる。・TVの画質が酷く悪い。・シャンプーとボディソープが一緒のしか付いてないが、どちらとしても性能悪し。

気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備

裏に大きな百貨店の中にスーパー有り

expediaの紹介文と違い深めのバスタブが付いてなかった。冷蔵庫も付いてない。きちんとした情報を載せて欲しいです。それを除けば、部屋は広いし明るいし快適だった。

There are 2 items you were not satisfied indicated in your comments. One is room with bathtub. We have totally 20 rooms with bathtub but not all. That day you arrived, all rooms with bathtub had been sold out, so didnot arrange for you, sorry for that. I have asked reception to record your preference and believe future you stay with us, we will arrange bathtub room for you in advance. For minibar, yes, per brand standard, minibar is not equipped with guestroom. We have mini fridge that can be delivered per guest's request and note for it on the writing desk and I think you were not aware it. Once again, thank you very much for your support. All the bests! お値段以上のホテル

値段の割には、広くて快適です。シーツに髪の毛が数本あったのは残念でしたが、それ以外はよかったです。朝食のバイキングもチャーハンなのど中華からトースト、コーヒーなどの洋食まで、いろいろ食べれてよかったです。

中国で最高のホテル！！

中国のホテルでこんなに笑顔があるホテルがあるのか？！と驚くようなホテルです！！まずチェックインから始まり、案内、チェックアウトまで全て笑顔で対応してくれます。中国のホテルと言えば、「あ？」と顔をしかめて言われるのが基本ですが、このホテルではそのような事はありませんでした。部屋も素晴らしく、天井も高く気持ちが良く快適に過ごせます。バスタブもついているので、お風呂につかりたい人にも最適です。洛陽では他のホテルに泊まった事はありませんが、市内のごちゃごちゃした地域に泊まるよりも郊外のスッキリとしたこのホテルに泊まった方が良いと思います。このホテルには欧米系も多く泊まっており、イメージとしても洗練された雰囲気があります。ロビーに設置されているパソコンも無料で使用できますし、有料ですがプリンターもあります。このホテルに泊まれば洛陽のイメージが快適なイメージになること間違いなしです。日本人はこのホテルを選んだ方が良いと思います。

Good except bed was uncomfortable

Breakfast was good, front desk was really nice, bed was uncomfortable, cleaning staff forgot to put back bath soap and don’t give you enough toilet paper. Not much food in immediate area, have to walk a long block to get to restaurants but subway is steps away

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly. Everyone did an amazing job. Many foreigners here, not just english speakers. The staff assisted all, the language ability was awesome. The housekeepers on floor 16 were wonderful, high regards to them. One person that I want to recognize is Mr. Andy Cheng, he assisted us several times and was the epitome of a great employee. Great customer service to all!

我訂無煙房給我的是吸煙房，一進屋就是煙味，後來反應再換房，訂的是特大雙床房給我的是一般標準床，反應得到的是沒有特大雙床房都是一般的床。

There is an event on, at 7.30am breakfast all ran out nobody refill it. After Waiting for 30mins still not much been refill. They should have prepared more food if knew there is a big group.

Expensive hotel in third lines city.

Fast checked in. Bit expensive for this small city. Same price as Beijing 4 stars hotel. Breakfast was great.room was nice and modern. Comfy beds.

Good for a rest. Near Longmen metro. Shopping and local food just behind hotel a short walk. Fantastic breakfast with good spread of choices. Check in fast and good service from hotel staff

Good rest

A good place to rest and it is less than 15 minutes to the hi speed rail station. A good spread of food for breakfast. Local dining just a short stroll behind the hotel. No issue catching a taxi in front of the hotel.

Besonders gut fand ich den Service des Personals beim Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer. Wir hatten zur Straßenseite und durch die Baustelle war der Lärm unerträglich. Aber nach fünf Minuten nachdem ich das Problem geschildert habe, hat man uns ein anderes, ruhigeres Zimmer zugeteilt. Um 23 Uhr. Fand ich super.

Excellent stay

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room is clean, staffs are friendly, bed is comfortable and WiFi is good. The hotel provided us with some guide to on the nearest food streets, shopping centre, supermarket, and they can even assist us to arrange day tour to Shaolin Temple.

Only stayed for a night but overall experience is great. Received a free room upgrade. Room is clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities available. Hotel can arrange for car hire with driver to travel to places of attractions. Breakfast is just ok, not much variety.

The hotel was situated directly opposite a plot of land that is undergoing major metro construction. The noise of drilling and piling was evident on a Sunday morning, about 7:30am.
