One major error that many motels make is to group all customers in adjoining rooms when sound-proofing is bad. Unfortunately the guy next door had a lot of phone calls to make when I was trying to relax and get some sleep.
The kettle needs to be replaced.

The bathroom was filthy and disgusting, unbelievable!
My wife and I washed ourselves with a hand towel, we didn't dare put our feet in the bath.

The walls were missing paint.
When we left the next day, I informed management and barely received an apology.
I even wasted time going to show them the mess, at their request.
They didn't even have the courtesy to offer me a minimal refund.
The cleanliness of the rooms is the owner's responsibility.
At least the beds were comfortable.
I rented 37 rooms in two months, and this one was among the two worst.
I have photos to support this, but I don't see how to attach them. I don't think it's possible.
