The room clean and had been upgraded. Bed was very comfortable. The only bad thing was some of the guest staying there looked to be long time guests and were not very courteous to people trying to sleep. Lots of loud visiting outside my door late at night. It's a shame as it would have been a perfect stay.

Room 113 was absolutely filthy, and I'm positive the bed had just been made but bedding not changed. There were hairs all over it and black specks under the top sheet on the fitted ones that weren't even on either bed properly. My mother's bedspread had some red and brown drips on it which were not stains and mine had a cigarette burn hole in it. Nothing smelled cleaned at all. The carpet was heavily stained and dirty. The bathtub had black dirt/mildew all around the caulking, especially in the corners. No plug ins for electronics on the bedside table, which prompted me to look behind it. What a mistake that was! Layers of dust and hair combined with cobwebs and dead insects behind the head of the beds and in the corners of the wall. I have never been so disgusted by a hotel room in my life. If I hadn't been so tired after driving 9 hours in bad weather and not noticing the condition of the room til after we ate and went to get into bed, I would've left. Luckily we had our own bedding with us and we slept on the top sheets. The icing on the cake: I was awakened by loud knocking and yelling from 6:00am to 6:30ish at 5 minute intervals by a resident next door. The only upside to this hotel was Harman the desk clerk who checked us in and who I had complained to in the morning . He was very understanding and apologetic. I sent him pictures to show the owner as he requested, so hopefully we hear back. The on-site restaurant/bar, The Blue Ox, was excellent.

One major error that many motels make is to group all customers in adjoining rooms when sound-proofing is bad. Unfortunately the guy next door had a lot of phone calls to make when I was trying to relax and get some sleep. The kettle needs to be replaced.

The toilet paper was like sandpaper and I’m a 65 year old women with long nails, I couldn’t flush the toilet because it had the push buttons on the top and my fingers would not fit to push the buttons down. I had to use the toilet paper roll holder bar to flush toilet. The king bed only had two pillows instead of 4. They had no ice because the desk guy decided to clean it and shut it off and didn’t bag any for the guests.

The room was extremely outdated, it has silverfish bugs in the bathroom, it smelled like someone had been smoking and some of the dishes were dirty. Truthfully, we were only there to sleep. The beds were comfortable. But, I would never stay there again

Worst motel I have even stayed in. Used bar of soap in the shower, dirty toilet, worn out mattress that is sunk in the middle. Looks good from the front, but I parked in the back, it’s a junkyard back there.

I recently stayed at this motel for a couple of days and had a great experience overall. The place was decent and very affordable, which made it a great value for the price. During my stay, I accidentally left my sunglasses behind. I was really impressed with how quickly the staff responded when I reached out—they found the glasses fast and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of getting them shipped back to me. They offered multiple shipping options and guided me step by step until everything was sorted out. Their customer service was truly exceptional. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay with great service!

Check in was slow even though pre-booked online. Had to return to main office for wi-fi password as not displayed in room. Carpet was well worn. Air conditioner very loud and not really functional. Bathroom sink missing plug and bath tub plug didn't seal.

The bathroom was filthy and disgusting, unbelievable! My wife and I washed ourselves with a hand towel, we didn't dare put our feet in the bath. The hand towel was filthy, unbelievable! The walls were missing paint. When we left the next day, I informed management and barely received an apology. I even wasted time going to show them the mess, at their request. They didn't even have the courtesy to offer me a minimal refund. The cleanliness of the rooms is the owner's responsibility. At least the beds were comfortable. I rented 37 rooms in two months, and this one was among the two worst. I have photos to support this, but I don't see how to attach them. I don't think it's possible.
