"We received this place via Expedia reservation was confirmed and we were charged for the room, Owner didn’t save the room for as we were left on dark with no other place to go even though we had kids they didn’t care. Place had no signs of the location we had to find the place on are own I will not recommend this place "

"The property and service offered by the owner was excellent and personalised. By far, the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed at. It was also self-contained, which meant we had the utensils to cook, clean and do our laundry. And all of this was just a relatively short walk away from the foreshore. "We had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The location is excellent — just about 10 minutes from the city center, which made getting around super easy. The view from our room was lovely, offering a charming look over the city. The room itself was clean, quiet, and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. "Although this hotel presents as a ‘boutique’ property, it really isn’t. Room was nicely decorated but very small. Complete lack of storage. One cupboard with 6 hangers. No drawers. Not enough space for two people to hang a weeks worth of clothing. Bathroom nice but small. Water took ages to heat up and floor flooded every time. Swimming pool looks nice but was freezing - the sun doesn’t hit it until the afternoon so always cold. Only a handful of sunloungers so this would be an issue in the height of summer. Breakfast was limited and the cooked food was cold (there is a microwave to reheat). There is a list of rules by reception which includes not eating/drinking in your room, despite a full size fridge provided! As there is a lack of any other public space on a rainy day you’d be expected to stay in your room with no food/drink!! A pleasant enough stay for a decent price but wouldn’t return. "
