"Only reason for stopping at 4 stars is the fact that the hotel does not have an elevator to access the 3-4 stories of the hotel. I am in a wheelchair and that caused a pretty big problem for me. "Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages.
