This is a good layout and well appointed, but there were a few things that could be improved.1) smoke detector was chirping and no batteries in the house. 2) no hand soap in the house3) hairs on the sheets and blankets of the 2nd bedroom. After we changed them, the second set also had hair on them, so we changed them again.4) the bathroom had hairs on the sink and toilet, and there was a pee stain on the toilet seat.5) the coffee pot had leftover water in it from who knows how long, and was not clean. This was very important to us, and we specifically asked about a coffee maker.On the good side, the floor plan works well, the furniture is good, and the kitchen has all the tools you need to cook. The location was great and convenient to Ludlow/Okemo, but you definitely need four wheel drive for this location in winter. This was not an issue for us.The host was responsive and helped us in locating the key when we couldnt find it on our arrival, despite it being almost midnight. She also reponded promptly when we asked questions and informed her of some of our issues.
