This apartment is beautiful! I sold my camper so I stayed here while my girlfriends stayed at the campground for our annual weekend away. It was so nice to have a place in town. My friend's daughter was taking engagement pics at the beach and even took some in the apartment because it's so charming.

In the heart of downtown

A great apartment located in the heart of the village. We enjoyed walking a few steps to shops and coffee and just a few more to the beach. The home was comfortable and had the amenities we needed for a great week's vacation.

Great ambiance and location!

I grew up summering in Pentwater with my extended family, but hadn’t been back for a few years. We found this listing and it was perfect!! Great location! Close to all the quaint shops and only a short walk to the beach! We’ll be coming again!

Great Stay!

We had a great Memorial Day weekend at this beautiful, historic upper level condo. The location is great, just about a 1/2 mile to the beach. The lovely town of Pentwater is just steps from the door. Everything was as described and very clean.

Downtown Pentwater Lodging

Very nice, very clean. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. If you or anyone in your party cannot handle a long flight of stairs you should seek other lodging. Bring a bike. Mears Beach and the general area is beautiful. If you rent a golf cart, you will not be able to drive it into Mears State Park without a MI license plate and a park pass. Overall, Pentwater is a great family oriented town that we hope to revisit and stay at the same VRBO.

Classic Charm & Location

This condo was the perfect location in the middle of downtown Pentwater. Very clean, classic style original to the building - together with modern needs (bathrooms, kitchens). Very spacious, with beautiful tall ceilings. The queen beds were very comfy. We enjoyed the deck on the back - for the sunrise, relaxing and even listening to the bands play in the park at night. The stairs leading up to the condo were interior, and the deck private. The hosts are friendly and quick to respond.

Lovely stay in Pentwater

We had a wonderful time in Pentwater and LOVED this Vrbo apartment. It was a great home-away-from-home: comfortable, clean, lovely architecturally, and well appointed. We stayed here with four adults and three children ranging from almost 2 to almost 5 in age, and we NEVER felt crowded; it’s such a spacious apartment. We had a very small issue with a couple slow drains in the bathrooms, but Mike came out and fixed it the same day I notified him, and everything worked perfectly after that! I was so pleased with the owner’s responsiveness and courtesy. Overall, the location of the apartment was perfect. We loved being right on the main strip and so close to our favorite ice cream shop! There was no issue with noise from the street, even when the front windows were open. We had a lovely stay in Pentwater and a are so grateful to have found such a lovely home-away-from-home.

Memorial Day Weekend 2023

We loved this condo. It is a gem in the heart of downtown Pentwater! We had a lovely time in our favorite place. The condo was perfect in every way. We will be back. The hosts were very responsive and kind.

Clean, cute and perfect location

This place was a perfect size for our family of five! Loved relaxing on the deck after a long day and it was so nice to be able to just go walk around town and grab a coffee and dinner. Weather wasn’t the warmest but it’s nice and close to the beach which is great as well. Everything was clean and comfortable!

A new look at Pentwater

As a longtime Pentwater visitor I wasn't sure about styaing 'in-town' but the apartment was great. Super location - if you can't be on the beach it's tough to beat this spot. In fact it might be too close to House of Flavors, but that's a good problem to have. Clean, good AC and wi-fi. I'd definitely return.

Beautiful Condo/Excellent Location

The owners have done a great job redoing the condo. Loved all the space available inside and out! Excellent location for the shops and walking to the beach. We had a great stay and didn't mind the stairs to get there, even with 80 yr olds in our group!!
