Super place!

Great location! Great check-in via phone...we were walked through to our key pick-up and room! Room is basic for 2 people with on-suite bathroom (not all tooms have this but do have private hall baths.) Cute newly done bathroom, and continental breakfast included. Located less than 5 minute walk to one of Lucca's portas. Very convenient! And host is very friendly!!!!

Great location just outside walls and less than a 10 minute walk to the train station. Very happy with my room, which had an en suite bathroom and private balcony. Nice breakfast . Friendly staff

This B&B is very convenient to the walled city. It was really easy to walk to any part of "Old Lucca." The staff was extra nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable. The room was also spacious. There is a grocery store a couple of blocks away. Access to the full kitchen was great! I would definitely stay here again.

located just a few mins from main east gate of walls. Rooms well appointed, seperate clean modern private bathroom. Good breakfast with choice of savoury & sweet pastries on a fully self service basis. only saw staff at check in, friendly & informative, no issues for us but if want more interaction with staff not for you..Overall recommend for price

Great little find

Great little find. Only problem is air conditioning did not fill whole room so even though set at 16 temp was 23 so still too hot. Bathroom great and free tea and coffee at all time of day. Use of fridge in kitchen to keep drinks cool.

Acceptable stay.

Found it Ok. They kindly let me in a little early than 5pm. Room was fine with a private bathroom across the landing. No problem for me except for the jangle of keys in the middle of the night. Shower worked fine. Bed comfortable. Breakfast suited.

We stayed here one night in Lucca while visiting family. Very close to the walls of Lucca central. A little confusing to get to because it’s a an apartment complex on the second floor with other families living on other floors but somehow it works. Our room was very spacious the bed was very comfortable very clean good Wi-Fi simple and yummy breakfast very convenient. private bathroom located in the hallway near other guests rooms but again it works. Would recommend this place. Staff very responsive very friendly

Super clean and tidy. The external bathroom is private to your room only (not shared with other guests) and is large and well equipped. There's a fabulous coffee machine in the shared kitchen that makes excellent espresso, cappincinos etc. The included breakfast has lots of options to choose from and quite good. Short walk to get into the old walled city.

Un gran lugar

Filippo fue un gran anfitrión. La estadía fue muy placentera y una excelente ubicación perfecta para llegar a los puntos de interés y cerca de la estación de trenes. Se siente como estar en una casa acogedora. El servicio de café y desayuno estuvo excelente.
