- Welcome to Strandvilla-Lubmin! This cozy 74 m² townhouse-style apartment is just steps from the beach and promenade in Lubmin and accommodates up to 4 guests. Enjoy a balcony, a small garden, and a covered terrace where you can relax by the fire pit or barbecue, sunbathe, or simply unwind.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a cooktop, oven, extractor hood, stainless steel sink, dishwasher, and capsule coffee machine—perfect for self-catering stays.
In the living and dining area, you’ll find a dining table with bench and chairs, a comfortable pull-out sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is available.
The two quiet upstairs bedrooms each offer 2 beds (one with bunk beds), wardrobes, shelves, and seating. Bed linen and towels can be requested via the booking platform for an additional fee.
The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, shelf, and plenty of hooks.
Free of charge: baby cot and high chair on request. One pet is allowed by prior arrangement. Parking is available on the property. Self-check-in allows you flexible arrival.
