Two rooms with 1 queen bed each, one room with a twin and foldable pack 'n play, and a soft bed make room for up to six people to each have their space. An older home, perhaps still being updated, but overall clean and comfortable. It's convientally located near Tech and LCU. Anna communicated well and was very accommodating.
