The staff was nice, but the property was average. The room was satisfactory, but again, average. There is no carpet in the rooms, and it felt odd to walk on the floor barefoot. The TV remote didn't work, and when we put something in the frig, water pooled on the floor in front. The bathroom seemed dirty in the corners. The air conditioner was noisy and went on and off all night. The breakfast was fine. All in all, it was a place for a bed, a shower, and a meal, but nothing fancy.

The property location was ideal and very close to everything we needed. Even though it looks like a new hotel on the outside, the inside it looked older. The paint was peeling in several areas, the bathrooms were very small with awkward door placements. The sink handles were loose and the cold water one wasn't even in operating condition since it was so loose. The pillows were small and even though its April, it got cold and they had already removed the winter blankets from the bed and none in the room. The walls were super thin and I could hear the people next to me and across the hall (and they weren't even that loud) The staff was nice.

It was very noisy, the first night there. This wasn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, but it could be due to thin walls and gap under door. Someone was running back and forth in the room above us. A dog was barking in a room close by. Someone was getting a lot of ice out of the machine in the hall. We could hear someone talking loudly in their bathroom when our bathroom door was open.

Overall not terrible for the price and it was cleaner than I expected with exception to the dust. I have a dust allergy and was unable to sleep at all. The bed sheets were extreamly itchy and I had to sleep on a blanket I brought from home for the night. We booked two nights and only stayed for one. The walls also aren’t very insulated and you can hear doors slamming and people talking in the other rooms. When I told the receptionist he was very defensive about the noise complaint saying if we told him he would fix it. But to me I feel you can’t really complain when it’s just people going in and out of the room or walking around above you. When I stated my main concern was my allergic reactions I had to the dust in the room he just said he could not refund us because we booked through Expedia and if we hadn’t maybe we’d receive a refund. Thankfully Expedia spoke with them and got us a refund for the second night.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was easy with a few decent options. The hot food wasn’t anything to speak of, but it was about what I usually expect from a budget stay. That said, all the kids in the breakfast area were definitely enjoying their fresh waffles. The property does have some wear and tear. The chair in our room was tattered, the headboard was missing a couple of decorative pieces, the furniture was scratched, the tub was very worn with some missing enamel, and only one of the 3 lamps worked when we arrived. The front desk was happy to replace the burned out bulb and the missing bulb, but when we returned only the burned out bulb had been replaced. We never got a lightbulb for the desk lamp. None of this was unlivable or inconvenienced our trip in any way, but the noise from other rooms was louder than most hotels we stay in. As I walked down the hall I could clearly hear the conversations in other guests’ rooms, as well as every TV that was on. There was a significant gap between the bottom of our door and the floor (about an inch), so I assume that’s where the lack of sound barriers stemmed from. The large gap under the door also meant the room was not dark at night, so we solved that by rolling a couple of towels and putting them at the door seam.

I stayed in a beautiful suite and it was really like a one bedroom apartment. I was there to work for the week and it was a perfect location. No pool and it is on a frontage road with no outdoor seating but the suites on the fourth floor are awesome and the price was unbeatable.. there’s a pretty nice free breakfast as well. I’ll definitely be staying there again when I return.

Hollow floors (could hear every step upper floor took) , and windows with no curtains that gave privacy. Other than that, clean, satisfactory service.

Sleeping at a quiet location
Bible lectureship we come about every third week in January and have stayed at other places. trying this was closer to the lectureship location on 34th. enjoyed the quietness at night. Breakfast was tasty because of the real fresh eggs. we started our mornings with a good food and good coffee!!!!!
