The space
The house is a very comfortable and spacious 1,280 square foot three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with plush carpet in bedrooms and vinyl floors in all common areas and bathrooms.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with newer appliances, a microwave, and a drip coffee maker stocked with coffee. Various teas, sugar, spices, and powdered creamer are also provided when available.

AMENITIES: Bedding, linens, towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and other minor essentials are provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests.

PARKING: Available on the street in front of the house or on the side of the house.

WASHER/DRYER: Available for your use with detergent provided in limited quantities, tailored to the length of your stay and number of guests.

WIFI: Fast and free for your convenience.

TVs: Smart TVs with access to popular streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, and more. Note: Viewing may require logging in with your own account information.

Bad experience

Vrbo said I could check in at 3 when I arrived at 3;30 the beds were not ready! When I contacted Kerry she said I couldn’t check until 4. Sent her a snapshot of the Vrbo listing. She asked me to come back at 4. When I arrived back at 4:30 everything was finished. As I was sitting on the couch two gentleman showed to fix the broken shower heads. They were told the house was empty. I sent Kerry a message and she acted like it was no big deal. They fixed the issue and left. I noticed that they had left their tools in the bathroom and it made me feel uncomfortable so I left the property. I contacted Vrbo and told them what happened and they tried to get a hold of Kerry but she would not respond. After several calls with Vrbo they refused to refund my money. They also felt that I overreacted to strangers coming to fix the property after I arrived. I would not stay at any property owned by Kerry !
