"Great hotel in a quiet location. 150 metres from Pancrac metro station which is 4 stops from the centre of Prague. Clean and spacious rooms. Melanie on reception was very helpful and all staff I met were friendly."

"The staff was not courteous and early check in was not available even tho site said 11 to 2pm there was an absence of keys on the wall and seen no one check out as i had to wait multiple hours to gain entrance. the heat in the room did not work well so we where cold, i had asked if we could borrow 2 spoons and was denied rudly by the kitchen staff so i had to go buy some, you can hear the neighbors all around you making noise, i had seen a small white bug in the shower grawling on the wall i killed. We used the hotel because we needed to find one asap that was close to our air bnb cuz we chose the the wrong date for check out and needed a place to sleep so that checked our boxes, would we stay here again no probably not. "
