For an unforgettable stay in paradise, choose our beautifully furnished 2 bedroom - 2.5 bathroom condo, with its panoramic breathtaking view over Mullet Bay beach, the golf court and the lagoon.
Located on the 17th floor of Fourteen Towers, you will enjoy the tranquility and great comfort offered, while being 5 minutes away from the airport, with several restaurants, bars, casinos and shops close by, with direct access to the beach.
Everything was carefully thought to exceed your expectations.

Our condo offers an outstanding panoramic view which you can admire from the living area and from both bedrooms. It is equipped with high quality furniture and decorated with some unique and/or local workart.

For your greater comfort and an optimal rest, each bedroom has :
✔ European king size top quality bed
✔ 2 soft and 2 firm pillows
✔ ensuite bathroom with a shower
✔ desk and chair
✔ closet with hangers, shelves and a safe
✔ 43" smart TV with access to your Netflix, Prime Video or preferred entertainment app

The living-dining area has the best panoramic view over Sint Maarten's landscapes , thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides of the room, along the balcony. The outdoor space has a sitting and dining furniture set to allow you to get the most of one of the best views in Sint Maarten.

You will also love the indoor unique decor, particularly at night, with a lighted customized TV wall design board and our favorite artpiece "The Neon Octopus" from Tess, a Sint Maarten's artist.
