"I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. On my date of arrival I was early 07.00. I could sit in the lobby which was great and after talking to the reception at 08.00 my room was ready after 15 minutes which was very nice. "The proximity to the harbour could not be closer! Good location. The room was small but clean. The area near the sliding door had a table, 2 chairs and 2 foot stools. It felt very cramped. We spent Aus$977 for 2 nights and had to ask for fresh towels for the 2nd day and tea bags, 4 tea bags were provided. It seemed a bit paltry. The reason given was to be environmentally friendly. "Really lovely hotel very near the beach and bus stop- we were travelling by public transport. We were given beach access tickets by the hotel as part of the deal which was fab. Very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed in the room, coffee making facilities etc, and extra in the foyer. Lots of cushions!! Checking in time a little restrictive; we just got there by 18.00h and managed to phone for access codes in time. I hadn’t received the text informing us of access codes by that time. "
