Had to change room on first night. First staff lady said she couldn't change room. Next staff, Andrew, was nice enough to change it to #304. Room (#111) smelled moldy, and had a portable, loud dehumidifier in room. Also, there was a nightly meeting in the room directly across from it.
Front desk staff after that issue, was not friendly.
Pool water was cloudy, not clean enough to use. Hot breakfast was the same every day. The kitchen attendant was very nice, and very good at her job.
