"We stayed for 3 nights and for two days housekeeping did not clean , both days we had to call the front desk and they had to send someone when we returned in the evening.Ordered room service one night and we had barely finished eating when someone knocked to ask for the dishes , despite having told us when they delivered the food that we could either leave the tray out or call when we were done . The snack and drinks which are inclusive in the room was a nice touch and they replenished the water when they did eventually clean . The spa hours are till 8pm which is too early in my opinion. The spa has no clear instructions and when several guests tried pushing the button to get the jets going it turned the entire thing off . Clear instructions at the controls would be helpful. Not sound proofed well you can hear the noise and conversation in the next room and when housekeeping is in the next room it's really loud . Charge $5 for charging electric car for each night but nowhere on the website does it mention that. Toiletries are really nice , and the bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed and decorated . I understand the property is new but definitely has some service issues they need to work out. Beach cruisers are free and on a first come first serve basis which was nice. Room service food was great. "

"Staff was excellent, helped us with our missing reservation. Room was terrible, very tiny, holes and stains on the walls, paint mismatched and chipping, bed is a mattress on metal frame that moves off frame everyone you get up. The biggest complaint though was the walls are thin, we were sleeping but watched a movie with our neighbor (heard entire movie through walls) , street sounds noisy , heard every car go by, heard people on street talking , yelling , some screaming , also heard people in lobby having conversations , staff members on walkie talkies , all while we were trying to sleep > 11pm . Sleepless night. You get what you pay for , never again . "
