I stayed at Kremlin Palace Antalya for 6 nights, from 7–14 July. Overall, I had a mix of positive and negative experiences. Starting with the positives, the hotel's location is beautiful. Being surrounded by trees while also having direct access to the beach creates a unique atmosphere that makes you feel like you're in the mountains and by the sea at the same time. The food was good, and there were plenty of activities for children, making it a great choice for families. The evening entertainment and parties were also enjoyable and well organized. Unfortunately, there were several negative aspects that affected our stay. The biggest issue was the taxi service at the hotel. The taxi supervisor, Ahmed, was unprofessional and controlled all taxi arrangements. Guests could not easily get a taxi without going through him. We had to wait for more than an hour in the heat to get a taxi from the hotel to Konyaaltı Beach, and we were charged USD 60, which seemed excessively expensive. The way he spoke to tourists and managed the taxi service made the experience very unpleasant. Another disappointment was the staff at Pasha Restaurant. We found some of them to be rude, especially toward foreign tourists, which did not reflect the level of hospitality expected from a five-star resort. Finally, the rooms are quite old and in need of renovation. We also found many ants in our room during our stay, which was disappointing. The hotel has many strengths, especially its natural setting,

Ana restoran Hünkâr aşırı kalabalıktı. Oturacak yer bulmak ve yemek sırasına girmek o kadar uzun sürüyordu ki, çoğu zaman yemeğinizi rahatça bitirecek vaktiniz bile kalmıyordu. Temizlik konusunda da beklentilerimizin altında kaldı. İlk verilen odamız sigara kokuyordu. Astım hastası bir çocuğumuz olduğunu özellikle belirtmemize rağmen, oda değiştirmek yerine temizlik görevlisi odaya oda parfümü getirdi. Daha sonra başka bir odaya geçtik ancak orada da aynı sigara kokusu vardı. Son olarak taşındığımız üçüncü oda daha iyiydi. Yaşadığımız bu olumsuzluklar nedeniyle bize özür mahiyetinde bir à la carte akşam yemeği sunulduğu söylendi. Ancak daha sonra bunun zaten konaklamamıza dâhil olduğu ortaya çıktı. Bu nedenle bunun gerçek bir telafi olmadığını düşündük. Oteldeki çalışanların çoğu ne türkçe nede ingilizce biliyor, bazıları sadece rusça konuşuyor. Havuzların çevresinde de sık sık cam kırıkları vardı. Bu durum özellikle çocuklu aileler için ciddi bir güvenlik riski oluşturuyor.
