Very close to Billy Jean Tennis Center. A nice place to stay if you plan on watching US OPEN.
Neighborhood is packed with Chinese restaurants and the majority here is definitely Chinese.
There are several supermarkets in the vicinity.
The hotel provides breakfast. Simple but just good enough. I liked the steamed pork bun.
The room is OK, but the shower curtain stinks and you can smell the odor in the bedroom if you keep the bathroom door open.
