"The hotel was very busy so front desk staff had a hard time keeping the lobby and coffee area stocked and clean. Not sure why they thought it was beneath them to empty overflowing trashcans or organize the snack area. A dog had an accident in the only elevator on the property so that didn't help. They just needed more staff."

"This is a revamped older property. The rooms are very nice, Evan the front desk attendant was very friendly and accommodating. The common areas are "ok" Breakfast is soso. Good location and good value in my opinion. I will stay here again."

"We were assigned a room with a toilet that would not flush. We reached out to staff -- within five minutes of entering the room -- and advised of the issue. After being unable to resolve the issue we were told that we'd have to changed rooms, but 15 minutes later were told there were no rooms, and the solution was to leave a plunger and tell us to repeatedly keep trying to flush and it would eventually work. We had checked in very late at night so we waited until the morning to deal with staff about how they would make this situation right (thankfully we were only staying one night), and the front desk said they were unable to offer any compensation (despite being told the evening before to talk to them in the morning). I had to insist that she show me the log documenting that they sent service and were unable to fix it as that was the only proof we had. There was no apology, and the front desk staff member was rude and dismissive. Breakfast was adequate, and the rooms would have been sufficient had we had a working toilet, although the layout is a bit odd with the sink outside the main bathroom yet no towels rack/towels, et cetera, which makes the area pretty useless. The entrance to the parking lot is difficult to spot late at night and poorly lit, although once you're in the main lot it is fine. "

"The property is well maintained. Looks nearly new. My room was spacious. They gave me a disability room however I loved it. Bathroom was large. Sitting sofa had light fixture without a lamp. Room missing ice bucket however I told checkout about it. Only one plastic cup in room. I was given a first floor room and mentioned to check in staff I don't prefer first floor. She made no change in accommodation only we discussed I did not have in my requests. Due to room I could not open shade as people could look in. It did have an opaque 2nd shade but people could still look in. Breakfast room and food was great."

"I stayed by myself and this spacious lovely place is probably better suited for families, but I chose it for the ease of the location; My daughter's society house is right across the street. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The only that would've made the stay even better would a fan, because I'm very hot natured. I did turn the heater off and that did the trick. Other than that, the stay was perfect!"
