Absolute luxury in a perfect location. From top to bottom, every service member is kind and helpful - they are trained to make life easy for guests. That is extremely hard to find these days. Kid's club is great but they can work on supervision and ensuring kids don't go wandering. Other than that, this is one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at. Well worth the money. I highly recommend.

Everything in the house looks and feels brand new. Excellent heating, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.

Friendly and helpful staff by check in. Room are well equiped with comfortable bed. The only weekness might bethe noisy hall in front of rooms, as guest close the door of other rooms, sometimes very noisy. Not suitable for guests with sleeping problems.

A lovely complex that is wonderful for families. Everything was clean, the food was great (and the beer), and a wonderful playground that my toddler loved playing in. The room was big and comfy and clean. Great stay.

We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. We enjoyed half board - good choice as during the day we went hiking and ate outside. its a nice clean quiet hotel located in a very good location to visiting everything in the tetra mountains breakfast is ok the pool is open till 22 which is great for kids but the water wasnt warmed up good choice

This was a great place to stay. Easy access to hiking; near the bus stop; clean and well-maintained. The staff helped us with our requests. Glad I chose this one.
